Rudest pharmacist ever. They always act bothered that they are doing their JOB. Switching my prescriptions.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Rude staff and very poor customer service.

My goodness. This pharmacy has some of the rudest staff I’ve come across. They are so consistently and blatantly unkind that it’s perplexing. While I understand being understaffed, ultimately I will avoid this location at all costs from now on. They rarely answer the phone, fill prescriptions over a week late, and god forbid you return to the counter at the time you’ve been told to wait, which is often 4x longer than other pharmacy wait times. I initially thought it would be convenient to choose a target CVS location since I am required to use CVS, but it really isn’t worth the dread.

I've been on hold for 2 hours 23 minutes now. Truly disgraceful.I am not sure if I am allowed to mention competitors. I will be switching back to Bloomington Drug. It's a local, family owned business, very professional, always available by phone to take your order. If I recall correctly they charge $11 to mail your medications to you. Much better than waiting hours on the phone only to have nobody pick up!

Have had multiple frustrating experiences. There is a standalone Walgreens nearby, you’re better off there.

I have low expectations for CVS but will be immediately moving any and all scripts elsewhere. I arrived 3 minutes before they closed on a day they are only open for maybe 5 hours total and the pharmacist refused to grab my script and for someone who was there before me. If you’re not going to serve the customer during your open hours and be super rude, I’ll go elsewhere. I love Target and it’s nice to grab a script while shopping but not with the attitude of this pharmacist.

Ridiculous. Called about a prescription 4 days ago (one I was already out of) to see if the medication was in stock, they said it was and it would be filled that day (otherwise I would have called other pharmacies to have the prescription refilled). That afternoon, I received a message saying it was on back order!! So I called back and the pharmacy told me it would be filled in two days, so rather than dealing with transferring the prescription I waited and it was still not refilled. Called the following day and waited on-hold for 25 min. only to be told it was not actually being filled. I get you're understaffed, etc., but please give the proper information to your customers so they can find ways to accommodate issues with orders without it having an even larger impact to their lives. Beyond frustrating.

Having worked in retail myself, I generally understand. However, for the past year, I have not had one positive experience here. Not a single employee has customer service skills, and mgmt seems to not care and allows it to continue. I understand being understaffed, but they way to alleviate this problem does not include having public facing employees being so rude that I myself would never want to work with them, and based on the rest of these comments, I am not the only one. They are understaffed because no one wants to work with these people, regardless of the pay in this economy. How does a pharmacy continue to be so mismanaged with such terrible reviews and there be no consequences. This is also my first google review, I usually could care less, but the employees made me wait an 1 hour for my appt even though I was here early and the store is nearly empty on a Tuesday morning as expected. So I thought I might as well since they so graciously gave me the time!!

Called to inquire about a back ordered prescription and the tech Julia was extremely rude, cut me off, and hung up the phone before I was done asking the few questions I had. Called the Minnetonka cvs and had a much better experience.

My wife sat at home bleeding from fibroid complications waiting on medicine a full 24 hours after her 2 prescriptions were sent from the ER at Fairview Southdale. CVS claimed they received neither prescription 4 hours after she was released from ER. Next day after waiting for them to finally open after lunch they said they had only one and directed me to the consult window, where I waited again - not too long, but in the middle of giving CVS person my wife"s information for the 3rd time, the person who was waiting on me was interrupted by a pharmacist(i think) and told to do something else. At that point I told them to forget it and went and called the hospital to ask them to send it to Walgreen's. The hospital said I first had to find out if CVS didnt receive the prescription or didnt have the medicine. So back in line I went. I told them all that my wife was home bleeding and they sent me back to the consult line again. When I got near the counter I told the one person who got freed that I'd wait and talk to the pharmacist who had interrupted before, who was still standing there waiting on one person in front of me. That pharmacist then told me flat out that she was not going to help me. She must be some kind of power tripper. I started to video her refusing to wait on me but gave up and went to someone else, where I had to repeat my wife's information twice again, before I finally wrote it down. That person then asked what the prescription was for, and asked out loud if it was a birth control prescription. I didnt answer that question and instead told her again that it was the one they did not give me 15 minutes earlier, and showed her the nausea medicine they gave me then. She then claimed the nausea script was the only one the ER sent...which is "funny" because the script to help her stop bleeding is part hormone used for birth control. The main reason I wanted to video the pharmacist who refused to wait on me was to identify her to management. I went back later and snapped photo. I was told I could not do that. But it's ok for cvs and target to record everything and everybody all day. Maybe CVS treats its employees like dirt and understaffs, shortchanges IT, etc, because there always seems to be something stupid that happens whenever I go there. They get no more of our money. (BTW - i could not hang around cvs all evening or be there first thing next morning because I had to care for our kids...)

This pharmacy has a lot of opportunities for improvement. Chronically understaffed. The prescription pick up line staff (one regular staff member in particular) is certainly proficient, but the “bedside manner” is…rough. Prepare for your answers to be cut off while being checked in. Finally, good luck if you try to call in - average wait time on the calls in my experience is 20-25 min and even then they may not answer.

I wish my insurance didn't require me to use CVS. This particular location is uncommonly rude, they seem to go out of their way to be boorish and condescending to patients. I understand that supply of some prescriptions is limited, but this location treats patient with such disdain it's hard to understand. I realize that their contracts with insurers will guarantee a congoing supply of patients to use them - without that, it would be hard to believe anyone would come back.

CVS violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. I previous requested they not call me related anything more than 30 days ago. I have been receiving more illegal telemarketing calls from them. Absolutely ridiculous.

90% of the time prescriptions are prepared very quickly. Staff is generally nice and helpful.

This CVS in Target is quite possibly the most incompetent collection of people on Earth. I've had prescriptions sent there a few times, from different providers even, and almost each time they can't find it. Go anywhere else.
