Careless, unprofessional and uncaring. It took 3 in-person over five days to fill vital prescription. A refill available and could have been fulfilled on the first visit. The results: sleepiness, anxiety and confusion.

Yes they are understaffed, yes wait times can be awhile, yes getting through on the phone can take awhile, but I'm not sure what people are talking about when they say the staff are rude. They have been nothing but helpful and nice to me. I have had issues with medications not being able to be filed, but that has always come done to an insurance issue. This is obviously just my experience, but I have been going to this pharmacy for years.

Hold time on the phone are 2-3 hours. Prescriptions are never available. Pick up times are never what they say. I previously used Bloomington Drug and I will be switching back. It's a family owned business, someone's always available by phone, and if you don't want to pick up in person, they mail your medications to you for $11. I'd much rather pay $11 than spend literally hours battling CVS.

The pharmacy customer service is horrible. They are either extremely under staffed or inefficient. I went to the MinuteClinic and they prescribed medication which was filled at the CVS. After my appointment, I went to the pharmacy counter to ask how long it will take to get filled. They told me to come back in a hour because they were backed up. Came back an hour and 45 mins later and proceeded to tell me that they messed up my name and that they can’t fix it tell the following day. I understand mistakes happen but why wouldn’t you double check on the computer that you had my name listed and the prescription was there initially? Unless you didn’t look it up in the first place and just told me you did…This could’ve been avoided. And no apology.

The pharmacy NEVER picks up the phone. You have to go in to talk to someone and they didn’t start filling the prescription until I walked into the pharmacy to ask the questions I wanted to ask over the phone. Very frustrating when you have a sick kid at home waiting for their medicine to feel better and you’re sitting in the store waiting when the Dr called it in 7 hours prior. Won’t be using this pharmacy again.

If only there was an option for rating these people in negatives then they will be -100.My daughter had an episode of asthma and was breathing with loads of difficulties.The doctor prescribed a very strong and crucial medication. She labelled it as TODAY MEDICINE, which as she explained must be given today and the pharmacy would know that.The order was placed by the doctor at 3pm and we reached the location at 4.15pmThe attendant said the pharmacist is busy giving vaccines and you may or may not get the medication today. Then, after I told them why the medication is crucial they asked me to come after 45 mins.I went back it was not ready and the attendant said I cant help you pharmacist is busy and you may have to come back tomorrow. I made my doctor call the pharmacy but they did nothing after she called.I was literally in tears, explaining that my daughter is breathing heavy and needs the steroids.After about 15 more minutes finally the pharmacist graced us with her presence and with the worst attitude ever, she finally gave me to medicine after another 15 mins.I was not the only one facing this issue there were a que full of people struggling to get their medications which they have been waiting for since morning.As a mother, I can not forget the nightmare they had put me through and I was literally praying for my daughters health.I will never go back to this perticular location of CVS for sure

This is a pharmacy without a pharmacist. They have not been able to fill my prescription for 9 hours now, and they asked me to come back the next day, when, may be, it will be ready.

Bahaha this place has 2 stars for good reason. The minute clinic lady is rude and not helpful at all. It’s like she’s doing you a favor by seeing you. She didn’t say I’ll be right with you. Nor try to help with sign in. Not welcoming, not warm, not nice. Why is CVS so terrible?

Worst pharmacy experience, went 3 times and just got worse each time. Never going back. First time they didn’t apply my insurance and my transaction was rushed (after waiting a half hour in line), then my other interactions were trying to convince them I had insurance and they needed to figure out and were so unwilling to help. I had to ask for them to show me what they had on file, and they were still billing my old cancelled insurance. No one working there wants to be there and it’s obvious. You would think for a great area, the staff would match the energy.

This Pharmacy has many people working but no one seems to know what's going on. They are pretty unfriendly and very unhelpful! I usually wait for 25Plus minutes to talk to someone, today it was 50!

I hate this pharmacy. They must be severely short staffed because they always have signs on the door stating what time they are open through but then they close before the time on the sign. Or, they are just not open at all. Additionally, their automated system will send you texts stating your rx is ready for pickup but then you get there within 5 minutes and it’s closed. I haven’t been able to get my child’s medication for two days now due to this incompetence. I’ll be switching pharmacies even if the location is less convenient.

Pharmacy'Been going to this Pharmacy for over 20 years just moved all my Rxs to Walgreens next door.Poor service, gets better for a month or two then back to poor serviceStanding in front of the counter obviously needing service get totally ignoredThey will answer the phone and ignore customers in line,Often out of common Meds causing extra tripsThey close for lunch during peak time .Poor service have to repeat and spell my last name two or three time ( its 3 letters)Took over a month to get my Rxs transferred.I could say a lot more however you just have recognize when your business is not wanted
