Should be called more than a dollar mostly, all the same stuff as the dollar store but cost more than a dollar-ripoff. Go to a real dollar store if you really want dollar items. My dollar item was 2 dollars.

Dollar smart was stunningly laid our with many options for party items and gift wrappings. The owner was very hospitable. It was my first time in the store and I plan to go back.

Me and my friend were browsing through the store and just looking. All the employees were suspiciously following us around the whole store. We were very uncomfortable and they asked us why we were their we said we were just browsing. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!
