Do the math. Their space is state of the art, the commercial property the space is in is fairly new, and it's right on France Ave. I imagine it's ungodly expensive rent every month they have to pay. They also don't display their prices in the shop which after going a couple times is a huge tell. Happy with the results but over $100 spent on two trips for basic services is comically overpriced.

Very disappointed.i spent almost $400 today. I had an unusual amount. Spring cleaning. No one even offered to help me to my car let alone even hold the door. Pricing was questionable as sweaters were marked up based on size and material. I believe they are cleaned the exact same way. Suits were priced separately as pants and sport coats. My cashmere sweaters were hanging in same bags with silks so that the silks now have fuzzies on them. My silk pajamas might as well been a wedding gown! Highway robbery! I’m done!

If you are thinking to dry clean the black coat, definitely don’t recommend this place. When I picked up mine, it came back with fabric and hair including pets hair all over even though we don’t have a pet. They even admitted that they did horrible job and looked ridiculous. After they redid, it still wasn’t completely clean, again with hair and fabric. I was so disappointed and definitely won’t back this place again.

I was In town for an interview and spilled something on my shirt. They cleaned it the same day and I went to the interview. A clean shirt helped my confidence during my interview. Cannot imagine how self conscious I would be with a dirty shirt.

Our nanny brought her brand new winter jacket (that we bought her for Christmas) to clean a minor stain. It was from Fjall Raven, known for their quality. Edina Cleaners ripped a hole in the hood and claims it was our fault. (see attached picture) They claim there was already a defect in the product and that is why it ripped. They claim they marked it with a sticker that said defective. Interesting... in the past, they would have called us to inform proceeding to clean could alter integrity of item. Please.. No resolutions whatsoever. Someone named Raven is the only one who can resolve this issue but she is rarely there and won't return phone calls. BTW, I was a 10 year customer and grandparents have gone there since 1950's. Things are fine there are no problems but "buyer beware" if something happens, they won't claim responsibility. I have also email the owner Lee Stotts but no communication back at all.

They are the best... have used for years with NO complaints. Never seen that with other nearby cleaners. Many items damaged elsewhere.

AVOID - Awful experience - garment was destroyed and they wouldn't even return calls to discuss repair. Never even refunded the cleaning cost. Terrible customer experience - will NEVER use again and would not recommend to anyone

If you are a high volume customer I suggest you try Pilgrim cleaners. Pilgrim cleaners is already 10% lower than Edina cleaners, plus they'll give you a significant discount based on volume. In my case the rates are 40% less than Edina Cleaners. Also, my credit card expired. They tried to inform me via regular mail and messages on the deliveries which I didn't see for one year.Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for a year of dry cleaning. They have sent someone to my house twice a week for one year and they never let me know my card was out of date. They made no good faith effort to resolve the situation.Suffice to say I am taking my business to Pilgrim.Note to self: Open snail mail!

How about teaching your delivery driver how to yield getting on the interstate?! Almost ran me off the road today with my two year old in the car. He's a liability to you and your company.
