Horrific company. Constantly changing drug formularies. Took two weeks to review a prior authorization for an inhaler I need and have been on previously with success, denied it via a pre recorded call and offered no alternatives.

If you need to expedite an order they will NOT tell you how long it will take to get it to you. They only say 72 hours to process and 24 hours from when it is processed.
Seems staff answering phone cannot think, continually gave scripted responses that had nothing to do with questions asked.

Notifying people of the loss of coverage for life-saving medication two weeks before the date is absolutely criminal. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
