Went here today and saw Emily Newman. She is so friendly and gentle! I am glad I found a new primary care provider like Emily. She explained everything she was going to do. I will definitely be back!

The first time I called they just hung up on me, but the next time I called they were very nice.Also, I liked how they made me find where to go and find the right treatment. Big shoutout to Amy on the phone, She was super nice. Thanks Amy! But, the first time they were super mean, so that deducted a star.

Zero star!Went in for an emergency visit and they sent me home "to rest." Meanwhile, I could barely sleep that night and was in extreme pain for weeks to follow with alleged torn cartilage in my ribs. Then they billed my insurance incorrectly and refused to fix it, saying that it's a problem with my insurance. I called the insurance and they said it's a billing issue with the hospital. In the end, I had to pay the $350 bill because they did nothing to help.This hospital is a joke. This is not skilled care or good service to the public.

Building 6545, Suite 150 wasted my time. As a mother of a child with CP, it takes me 3-4 hrs to get us ready to go somewhere when she's not with her dad. I get to the desk and they tell me they don't accept insurance with people with Health Partners MA and you don't take cash or credit. You seriously couldn't tell me that over the phone or email? Do you know how hard is it to get of MA Health Partners after you get on? Anyway, that was extremely discriminatory. Clearly, I can pay if I needed an exam to get cleared for a breast augmentation and lift.

I stayed there for 10 days before strike. Had multiple IVs. Blood draws. Never been bruised. And hurry the way these replacement nurses did. We need our nurses back. They were nicer and better trained.

Customer service is garbage here. They told me my appointment date was an entire month before it ACTUALLY WAS. I assure you that I didn’t hear her incorrectly because I scheduled this appointment because I have a intestinal infection that has left me very sick and I wouldn’t have accepted an appointment over A MONTH AWAY. I have never ever had a good experience with Fairview, and today was definitely not an exception.

I had to go to the ER on 10/20 for a laceration on my finger and once the doctor cheri numbed me up, I waited an hr before she came back to finally put stitches in my finger and then she left all the bloody gauze pads and everything else on my bed right next to me....

I was treated kindly and with respect, from lab tech, to medical assistant to the MD. I would and do recommend Kassem, Joanna and Dr Patani (respectively). Absolutely.

Online experience is very bad. Unable to message a doctor or staff about prescription refill. Endless circular menu will waste your time and goodwill.

I clearly have something torn in me knee, yet after the first x-ray, the decided to give me a second one. My knee feels like it’s tearing apart, but they have to get in the second pointless x-ray to make some extra money, despite me telling them I already did this a week ago. It’s not the place to go if you’re looking for results.
