IF you get a call back or get in, it's great. Getting a call back can be problematic @ times.

It's very hard to find inside the Centennial Lakes complex in Edina just be sure to leave early to give yourself plenty of time to find the office. Once you get there you'll love your tasks in research. They pay well and it's always interesting!

Always easy to get in and out of their facility. They pay you on time unlike some other companies. The facility is clean and welcoming all the time.

They don’t even pay you the same day anymore. Once they told me I would get an e-gift card 3-7 days later I was out. You have zero recourse if the e-gift card doesn’t show up.

They had no idea what they were doing during a testing, made multiple mistakes, kept us 15-20 minutes late with no extra pay and then they say they will send a egift card code to you in 3 days!?

This company BLATENTLY and intentionally wasted my time. They call me to say they have an upcoming focus group available(6/2) that pays $325 for an all day group, would I be interested, I said sure. (Dedee) put's my on hold and through to a woman who was out of the office all day, no answer, so I call back). She puts me through to someone else that asks me a whole bunch of questions. At the end of the questioning he actually tells me "normally you would qualify, but there are currently no 'spots open'. Oh really??? then why the F*** did you call me in the first place if there were no spots even open? it makes NO SENSE! It's one thing to just not qualify for a study, but to call people and waste their F-ing time waving $325 in front of their face when you have NO INTENTION on bringing them in for the group?? this is a pretty pathetic thing to do to people.

They are constantly blowing smoke saying I qualify for a study but never calling or They call and make up nonsense the sessions are full. Then when I expressed concern on their Facebook page they banned me. Real professional ?

I had done 3 studies with Fieldwork. I have since removed myself from their list of participants. This summer I filed out a survey on their site for an upcoming study on women with Osteoporosis. A few days late I was called by a recruiter and interviewed for approx. 30 minutes.I was then accepted into the trial, given a date and time and place to show up the next month. In the meantime I did studies with 2 other medical trial study companies.I arrived at the Worrell Building downtown early. I had been here before. It is a 45 minute drive each way. My vehicle is 15 years old and I can only afford 1 tank of gas a month. So this was a sacrifice for me. But worth the $100 pay after the trial was completed that morning.I sat in the waiting area and a few people asked me why I was there. Finally the manager of the building came to talk to me. Having suspected something was wrong, I turned on the video recorder on my iphone. It lasted 12 minutes. He told me I was the 5th person who had come for that trial in the last week. He told me the trial had been cancelled/postponed weeks ago. When he had called Fieldwork, they assured him everyone had been contacted of the cancellation.Apparently NOT. His guess was that since they used private contractors for the phone work, someone had either gotten sick, been fired, quit, or lied about contacting the people on their list. He was irked that it had happened so many times that week and phoned them again in my presence.I left and was quite upset. I had another job I could have accepted for that day, but since I had committed myself to Fieldwork, I kept that promise. They, however did not keep theirs.I called 3 times, each time asking for the Minneapolis Office Manager (I looked her up on the website) and each time I was given to a low level plebe. One tried to keep talking over and shouting at me and blaming me. The next one apologized and assured me that the trial was only postponed and when it started up, they would interview me again. The final one ‘promised’ they were going to talk to the administrator before the hour was up, and have her call me...if not that day (Friday) then on Saturday morning. (I saw the website said they were closed then but I bit my lips). I was still waiting on Monday. And Tuesday. After hours I left a long voicemail message saying I STILL expected them to compensate me for my time and travel last week. I said it was NOT my mistake and I could prove it. I countered that I had PROOF I was one of a handful of people not contacted about the trial being halted. I could PROVE with my text and phone records that there had been NO incoming communication from Fieldwork since I was accepted into the trial. (They never contact by e mail). So they played games with me, with my time, with my life and with my finances. Most people in these trials do it for the money. As a disabled-retired Educator, I was in that category. But they handled it very poorly, giving various excuses, making accusations, telling lies over and over. NEVER calling me back about my ‘complaint’.So I took myself off their contact lists, and now I am lodging my complaint here to warn others.IF this company was moral and upright and as good as they appear....I would have been immediately apologized to and compensated. Not treated so horrendously. So IF a company SEEMS too good to be true...in Fieldwork Minneapolis’ case...they are.WALK away. There are better companies out there, more professional and reliable:L&E Research and Focus Pointe Global.
