“My brother and I brought our 92 year old mother in to obtain required signatures for my father's IRA accounts that were not held with Fidelity. I initially met with Ryan to review the two different forms that needed to be signed as my mom and brother were traveling from Iowa specifically to get the signatures. Ryan got the forms reviewed and determined that he thought Fidelity could assist. Then when we came in for our appointment, we met with Cooper who was very helpful in guiding us through the process with suggestions as the forms were not Fidelity forms. It was a longer process than expected but Cooper persisted in assisting us and answering our questions. We got to the end result that we needed - thank you Ryan and Cooper!”
