Sue Bizel and her team at WellRive have been working with our family for 6 weeks to move my 95 year old FIL from Minneapolis to Kansas. The experience was seamless, from my perspective. It was a very large home, with 55 years of memories going to two different states, in two different trucks. I have never been more impressed; her communication and organizational skills, her gentle approach, her coordination with packers, movers, Museum Services were all top rate. I wish there was a WellRive in NC.
You will not be disappointed if you hire this service!

I cannot say enough good things. I had heard what a great job this group does with moving but I had no idea. They were professional, friendly, and when they unpacked and my mom saw her apartment for the first time she couldn't have been more delighted. She had been so anxious wondering what was going to happen snd the look on her face was such a treat.
Not only did they pack, unpack, and hang pictures, they also handled all of the donations. So much peace of mind.

This is the 3rd time I have used the service. Each time the packing was done efficiently with great case to the belongings. The movers arrived at the assigned time and very carefully and efficiently removed our property.
I would refer anyone else that is this situation.

Almost felt guilty as I watched the wonderful workers swarm over the house, pack everything up (and I mean everything), load the moving van, meet at the new apartment and reverse the process. Everything was labeled so that our possessions were carefully placed exactly where they were needed. Amazing.

It is wonderful to work with such warm and friendly people who care about working with seniors. The team at WellRiver work closely with family's and loved ones, appreciating their heirlooms and belongings. They take the time to learning about their preferences to create a warm and beautiful home. They are careful in packing and transporting belongs and furniture. I know the residents they have moved into our community have raved about their experience. I love to refer this team to families!

Loved working with Gentle Transitions/WellRive. Our design-build company recently completed a project for older clients who needed help moving into their newly remodeled home. We hired Gentle Transitions/Well Rive for the job and it went very smoothly. They took the time to meet with our clients, learn about any special requests and worked with our designer on new placement of art and other items. In addition, they managed to complete the project (3,500 square feet) - from start to finish - in four days! Clients are happy, we're thrilled. So impressed with the WellRive Minneapolis team! From the very start, they took their time, followed up as promised and even sent me reminders of key dates. They showed up in professional attire - thank goodness it wasn't any of those purple aprons I saw on the old website! The move itself went well. It was all the wonderful people I spoke to on the phone who seemed to really care when I was inquiring and then booking the move that made it the best service possible though.

Submitted requests for consultation. No responses from the local Minneapolis office. They may be short of staff but it does not change the fact that they seem inadequate and unresponsive.
