I’ve been a loyal customer forEVER. Watched the changes over the years.Miss Nicole at Galleria a lot. I do have to say that paying a bill in person in this store is a NIGHTMARE. No one can ever get it right.Clothes are always comfy and stylish. Great sales and promos.Last couple of times I was at this store, the sales women were SUPER pushy. Way to drive customers away. Ask ONCE if a customer needs help.Not every 3 minutes. It’s super annoying. Don’t show me the scarf that matches or the jewelry. I can see.So this store gets a low rating.

Cute, well made clothing. Comfortable and flattering styles. Helpful sales people. Lots of sales and discounts. The items are classic and will last for years. Fun jewelry, socks, and accessories also. A pleasant escape just to walk around in the store!

The ladies here were so helpful! I had never been to J. Jill before. There was a cute top in window display, but hubby and I couldn't find, so one of the employees helped us. Then as we were going through the store, they were there to help, but not hovering. When I would come out of dressing room, if something didn't fit right, there was a lady there to help me find the correct size. Then, when checking out, she was doing her job and upselling by making suggestion of accessories and leggings that would go well with outfit. (Usually this bothers me, but they were good suggestions, and those items were on sale. Loved this store, I'll be back!

I was just at the J.Jill store in Edina this afternoon, one of my favorite stores usually. When I was checking out today, I had a most unpleasant experience. I waited in line quite awhile to get up to the register, and purchased some items, and needed to order a shirt that the store was out of stock in my size. There were two sales associates at the registers, and only two people in back of me in line. The sales associate asked me "Can I help the customers in back of you first?" This is something that you should never ask a customer. I also have a job in customer service, and you should treat each customer with respect, and act like you value their business at your store. After all, everything that I bought today I could have purchased online.
