First time working with the Josh and Jess team. I couldn’t be more happy! My home insurance jumped about 40% for the renewal. Whoa right!! I got a hold of them and Jess compared multiple different companies for me all at once. She worked with me and my schedule, saved me time and was able to save me a lot of money. Thank you so much!! 10 out of 10. I highly recommend working with them. The J & J team is a must!!

I worked with Joshua Nelson and he is a total rockstar!! He was very knowledgeable, very personable and SUPER patient through all of my many, many questions. He got us great coverage at a great rate for our new home and was just really great at following up with me as well as my lender. I'm very grateful for his professionalism and awesome personality. Me and my husband are working with Joshua for a long time. He has been always prompt in responding to our questions and giving us good advice. He also looks out for his clients best interests and just helped us with a better home and auto insurance.

Josh was absolutely fantastic. He listened to everything I had to say - was very considerate and helpful. He even stayed on the phone while I filled out necessary papers in case I got stuck on something. Because he was so helpful and returned calls ASAP, I have referred his name to 5 people - and I'm not done yet. Love, love, love that guy and his customer service. I'd give him 100 out of 5 stars if I could!!!

Josh has the best customer service! I call him quite a bit with various questions regarding home owners insurance, usually he has nothing to gain by giving me advise about random scenarios but does so every time graciously and timely.
