I would not recommend purchasing this Groupon. I have never written a review but this deserved one. Terrible customer service. She isn’t open Saturday-Monday. I tried to schedule an appointment during the evening on a weekday and she responded with ONE day and time. Very inconvenient times if you are someone with a normal 9-5 job. This small business owner should not be using Groupon if she can’t accommodate the appointment requests that come with a mass sale of her services. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

It was small And the groupon was great accept she up charges so much that it would have made more sense and better quality just going to a local place not doing that again plus she skips steps in tje process of Gel manicures I've had millions and she definitely cuts corners and is still over priced

Came in while visiting. Walked in, they got me in immediately. I don’t look for conversation so I watched a show while the man who did my pedicure watched a show on his phone. If you’re looking for communication this wouldn’t be the spot for you. Did try to upsell me a couple times but outside of that it was smooth.

Kimberly gave me a beautiful express gel pedicure and was quick, clean and totally professional. I have trouble with pedis because I have exceptionally ticklish/sensitive feet - but she clearly knew what she was doing because she knew how to apply just the right pressure. Will definitely go back to her! I had to book my appointment a couple of weeks out (I'm guessing because she's operating and running her salon on her own) but it was worth the wait to get a pedi done by someone who obviously cares about the quality of her service. I definitely recommend!

Rude, rushed, average pedicure. No talking, blamed it on having a cold. Super uncomfortable. Will not be going back.

At least other people on here were able to actually make an appointment or get a response, I bought a groupon for a luxury pedicure for 35.00 not a great deal, but thought I would try it. Have called there now 6 separate times and left messages with my number saying that I purchased the groupon and want to make an appointment, have never received a call back, don't know if I'll even be able to use it if I can't even talk to someone or make an appointment. I even said in one of the messages, just put me down for the first appointment some day and let me know the day and I'll be there, still waiting on a response. I've spent way more in time just trying to get ahold of someone or a call back than any savings from the groupon. Will update review for actual service if I ever get in.

Would not recommend buying a Groupon here. Was gifted a Groupon and it has been a hassle to actually book an appointment. Multiple texts to set up an appointment. Was asking a few weeks in advance and no can do. Then asked a month in a advance, no can do. I haven't even been able to experience my pedicure yet because my appointment isn't for a few more months. Almost close to the expiration date of the Groupon! That's how far out in advance I had to book. So if trying to just buy Groupon and go that same month forget about it. May experience before able to cash in on it. Consider this even if not a Groupon buyer. Setting up an appointment is ridiculous. Better off going as a walk in somewhere else.

I purchased a groupon and spent months trying to schedule with Kimberly. She was slow to respond and it was very difficult. She never fulfilled the groupon and instructed me to “take it up with them.†She cancelled once and then made a scheduling mistake the second time and blamed it on me. I would not go back and will be taking it up with Groupon.

What a joke! I purchased a Groupon, called for an appointment and was told there were no appointments for at least a month...I called a couple weeks later to ask for an appointment and was told she'd call me back. I am still waiting for that call. There are a sea of nail salons, don't waste your time with this one.
