This was my first time coming to this store to buy a pair of glasses. When I was being assisted with one of the workers zayna, she had asked her peer Anna for help with the system. But instead she took over completely. I also noticed she was being very dismissive and rude to the original worker I was talking to. I didn’t appreciate that behavior bc zayna and I were having good conversation, but the other girl Anna had terrible customer service and was being very condescending towards me. Also when Anna came to “help” she had neglected other customers she was meant to be helping. Seeing how Anna was acting, annd didn’t seem she knew what she was doing and treating everyone js made me so uncomfortable that I straight left without anything.
