I just read some of the recent reviews of this Pearle Vision Center, and have to share that my experience was nothing like those of the other reviewers. I made an appointment for an eye exam online, but when I got there, discovered that I made it for a different day. I explained to the staff that I was unable to come on the day they had in their system, so Yoel proactively went and spoke with the doctor to see if she could accommodate me. She graciously said yes, and I didn't wait more than an extra 30 minutes, which was totally fine since she was fitting me in. The exam was very good, and the doctor was very nice and professional. I had a coupon for glasses at another location, but the staff said they would beat it by an additional 10%, so I stayed and selected two pairs of glasses. The staffer and I had a great time doing it, and I was happy with my choices. I have not yet received the glasses, but given the level of excellent customer service I have already received, I expect to be satisfied either immediately or with adjustments. I would recommend this location, as I found them very customer-focused and responsive to my needs. While I waited for my appointment with the doc, I noticed that the staff was highly engaged with other customers. I can't imagine what some of the other reviewers experienced that made them say otherwise.

Needed to order contacts and my prescription was expired- which sucked and I UNDERSTOOD- I was worried because I had an infection so I was in pain. The staff was honestly just rude and didn’t even try to help or make the situation better. I was just expecting someone to at least try and schedule me an appointment OR in the least show some respect. One of the girls just straight up had an attitude with me for just asking if there was anything else they could do. Just a nice attitude and decent customer service was all I expected. That’s all.

They sold the practice. New call center, they no longer repair glasses. The store has gone downhill since it sold.

Really bad place to get glasses. Way over a month still no idea when my glasses will come in. I’ve used them before and never this bad. I would not recommend Pearle Vision to anyone.

This place was sold a year ago. My insurance wouldn’t cover their drs as a result. In trying to get this straightened out I have called multiple times, stopped in 2 or 3 times and copied the insurance denial of their drs and gave it to them. I do not know what is going on with them but I can’t do business with a company that says they will get back to me and they never do. I am done with them and will not waste anymore time on them. I have moved on and am going to a company that wants to give good service.

Always had a lovely experience here! Never have to wait long and they’re always take special care in making sure my frames are properly adjusted to fit my face.

Terrible - I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for my glasses. They said it would be two weeks at first, never called me when they realized they cut the lenses wrong and it would be another “2 weeks”

Kevin was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. Best experience I've ever had getting an eye exam and purchasing glasses and contacts. My vision is the best it's ever been with these glasses and the turn around time was fast too

I wish we could do a -5 rating. Store "manager" Maddie is RUDE, unprofessional, and utterly lacking in any sense of customer service. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not get your glasses here, if they screw them up you are stuck with them. Terrible terrible terrible service!!!!!!

Called to schedule an exam, soonest one was over a week out. Had to fill out intake paperwork online before getting confirmation of the appointment. Then got an email reminder every day for a week, including this morning which is the day before the appointment. Now, about 12 hours before the scheduled appointment they decide to change the Drs schedule and cancel the appointment. Of course I already had to take off work for the appointment via text message, not even a phone call. I called to reschedule, received no apology, and was told they could get me in about 3 weeks from now. Still no apology. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

In town for a work function, suffered an eye abrasion. The wonderful ladies, shout out to Maddie and Dr Mosley, were able to get me taken care of and also helped me source additional care at my local office.

wish I could give a zero star! It's been 4 weeks and I still don't have glasses from Pearl Vision. It'll be 6 weeks by the time I get them, If they're done right this next time.Glasses are supposed to be ready in two weeks and never got a call. So I called and found out 'supposedly' there was something wrong with the lenses and they were rejected - whatever that means. And when I asked for an explanation on what rejected was I didn't get one. It would've been nice that they said something, but they didn't. So I had to wait another two weeks for lenses! Again, no call to say they're ready, I called and they we're like oh yeah they just came in today. Which is the same excuse I heard 2 years ago when I had to call on the status of my order with them.When I arrived to pick up these new glasses - they gave me the wrong lens!!!! Both the eye doctor and I had clearly told them bifocals when I placed the order and I got progressive lens!!!! So still need to wait another two weeks for new lenses. Plus, it's been a week and I still don't have the refund for the difference between the progressive lens they charged me for and the bifocal lenses I was supposed to get.
