After six weeks of frustration with Public Storage - both this location and the corporate office - Gwyneth FINALLY provided a resolution. From being assigned the wrong unit to having that unit leak for 5+ weeks with no one coming to look at it and damage to my contents - I encountered roadblock after roadblock and at least a dozen 'promises' for calls back and resolution - NO ONE helped me, until Gwyneyth. With a smile and apologies for the terrible customer service I received from others, Gwyneth got me transferred to a non-leaking unit and made sure everything was setup correctly. Up until dealing with her, this was the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. Public Storage is so lucky to have her! THANK YOU GWYNETH!!

Hate to give a bad review as Zoe Ann is amazing, unfortunately the District Manager, Elaina, is the only one who authorize many things and she is impossible to get a hold of.

Horrible. I was a good renter for 10 years. Went to rent another space and turns out they have slowly escalated my existing space to $761 while offering the same space to new customer for $180.
Cancelled and considering reffering them to the Better Business Bureau. Teaser rates with escalations like this should be against the law.

my initial experience was very frustrating. I couldn’t tell what was gate one and gate two and it took me a long time to realize there was an entry option and an exit option of each of the two gates and I had no idea where the gates were because I wasn’t provided a map clearly labeled with gate one and gate two. Next I had the problem of trying to manually enter my code. I was told by the manual entry screen to enter a star and to finish with a pound.. So I then went ahead and entered my entry code which happened to start with a star and then I entered the six digits and then I entered the #which it ended with and then I entered another pound, and then I was told I had entered the wrong code and it wasn’t until multiple trials in the heat of the day that I figured out that I was only supposed to enter the six numeral digits and not the proceeding*and not the following pound then I had the problem of knowing which door I should drive. My car into there were two. Neither was labeled. One of them automatically opened as I approached it, but by that time, I was fearful that I would get inside and not be able to get out. So now you’ve heard it as best I can tell none of the doors were labeled although we didn’t actually go in there are so north I’m not so sure but at least I didn’t have a map to tell me where my rented space was so there I got it off my chest. yeah, that I was also frustrated because I wanted to send this post but wasn’t able to do so and then I noticed there were five or stars at the top and not until you forced me to designate one of the stars was I given the option of posting this message yikes

There are lots of self storage facilities out there but only one employs Zoe Ann. This woman is incredible. She’s knowledgeable and helpful and more importantly she’s kind and caring. Every business needs a Zoe Ann.
