Pumpz has the most interesting selection in the Twin Cities, for sure and I find it's always worth making the trip to see what's new. And whether you purchase something or not, you'll always leave the store feeling happier; the staff at Pumpz is surely one of the best things about the place.

My favorite "calorie free" CANDY STORE! GREAT selection of purses, shoes, and fabulous variety in accessories of all kinds. The staff is knowledgeable and on top of current trends. Upscale but many options in a variety of prices. One of my very favorite shops in the Galleria and...IT IS LOCALLY OWNED!!

This Friday a good friend help me edit my closet and confirmed that good design and quality are always worth the price. My purchases from Pumpz made the cut, continue to spark joy, are utilitarian for our climate and make me feel stylish. Yesterday I added a fabulous blue fedora and fancifully decorated gloves to my winter wardrobe. The staff helped me make good choices and my closet remains well curated! So grateful! Love this store.

Where else can you go for one of a kind shoes that no one else carries. This is the store that elevates Mpls and the Galleria to a real shopping destination. I make it a point to stop in every time I am at the Galleria. Whenever I am there I am greeted by one of the great salespeople. On Saturday I got my favorite Susie helping me out. Ironically it wasn't shoes I bought but one of their fabulous gift options. Their jewelry is stunning and even though some of it is quite pricey there are pieces in a variety of price ranges. I have bought two pairs of earrings there without breaking the bank. Shop Local-Shop Pumpz!

The associates at Pumpz are rude at best, unhelpful, and plain assuming. Never have I been treated with respect when I walk into this store, though I like the products they carry. However, I will not be purchasing anything from here as long as the same management and associates work there.

Awful customer service. They did not treat me with proper respect and weren't apologetic to me when I wanted to return something but then I couldn't. Don't waste your time at this place.

The attitude of some of the people there are just distasteful. Usually at luxury stores like this the workers show no sympathy at all. Shameful.
