Lab tech was really nice and very professional.

Understaffed. Made an appointment and wouldn't have mattered if I arrived early because they were an hour behind all appointments. But then at noon an extra person came in (maybe 2 to 3 people) and they started churning through people and catching up. Still 45 min late. Maybe make appt first thing in morning or after they add more staff mid day? Who knows

Avoid! Phlebotomist performed blood draw on me while I was unconscious and caused a blown vein. I am chronically ill and have on average 10-15 blood draws per year. This is by far the WORST blood draw I have ever had in my entire life. I had nerve damage in my arm for 2 months after. Staff took me back and it took over an hour for them to entire what labs I needed into the computer. Already off to a bad start as I have medical PTSD and can be a "nervous patient". There was absolutely no sympathy for this. The phlebotomist I had was incredibly rude and completely incompetent. She used the wrong kind of needle for my vein especially given that she was well informed how I can be very nervous around blood draws and have vasovagal syncope and POTS (both fainting disorders) I have a very large and easily accessible surface vein and I should have been offered a pediatric butterfly needle. I was given a massive 20G straight needle. This was clearly about "getting the job done" and being more convenient for the phlebotomist at the sacrifice of me receiving the best care possible. Of course, due to the phlebotomist rushing and not paying attention, the went completely through the other side my very easily accessible surface vein. I should have known this was going to be a disaster because she knew I was a faint risk and instead of having me lie back she had me sitting at the edge of a tall stool. I knew something was wrong right away as soon as she started because it became incredibly painful and as someone who has 10+ blood draws per year and a high pain tolerance I have never experienced such sharp stabbing pain with blood draws. It was also taking an incredibly long time because she didn't have the needle properly in my vein. I began to pass out and started to sob when I realized not only did this woman not care, she was not going to do anything about it or stop. The other staff member just sat there and looked at me and did nothing to step in. I only know what happened next because my mom was in the room with me. I became unconscious and unresponsive and the phlebotomist continued until she got all 5 vials (which took around 3 minutes, further indicated how poor of a needle placement she had). When I was passed out that is considered a loss of consent. This is not only unethical but also unlawful. This phlebotomist continued despite this breach of consent. My arm bled through multiple cotton balls for hours after and I went to see a doctor the following week as I had a golfball sized lump bruise on my arm (Photo is from about 4 days after) and nerve pain for two months after. This phlebotomist is careless, a danger to patients and should not be practicing medicine. Quest diagnostics has done little to acknowledge or rectify this situation and both Quest and the phlebotomist owes me a massive apology. If you would like to avoid malpractice I would urge you to not come here.

The sample collector was very friendly & efficient. It was yesterday, so still waiting to get results, but so far it's been as positive an experience as medical testing can be

Even with an appointment and arriving 10 minutes early, you will have to wait over an hour to be seen. No receptionist or anyone at the front desk if you have a question. Waiting room is always full. Avoid this lab at all costs!

Everytime I do my yearly work checkup the process at this clinic is so easy. If you want details and someone to take their time and chat, this is not that place. If you’re happy to be in and out in 5 minutes this place is stellar! The attendees are always very pleasant too :)

I had a very good experience. It was a fast and professional service from a kind and helpful phlebotomist. Got the results just hours later by email. It's recommended to get an appointment in the website for faster check in. Also, there's a big ramp for free parking by the building.

Very professional. The check-in process is smooth and I didn't have to wait more than ten minutes.

Appointment times are a joke. Overbooked at least 4x compared to their capacity.

I had a 10:20am appointment and wasn't called back until 11:10am, and then they mislabeled the sample so my prospective employer required me to take another drug screen. Would absolutely not recommend, as there are significantly better labs nearby.

A bit of a wait for walk-ins, but that was expected with our timing. Lady who helped us was so sweet and kind. Could tell she was super busy although still a trooper. She got straight to the point and did her job. Thank you!

The checkin on the tablets in the waiting area was very easy to use. From check-in to leaving my labs only took 12 minutes to complete (two vials of venous blood and urine sample).
Staff were helpful and efficient, billing was seamless, and technician had no issues reading my doctor's orders/charge slip.
The results were available the next day and sent to my doctor's office.
There is on-site parking and the location is near several highways but I'd like an east metro location available.

Showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early. That was a mistake. They called me back 45 minutes after my appointment time just to tell me that their system was down, I would have to reschedule. Fantastic! Perhaps the next time after holding it in for an hour I'll get to pee in a cup!

1 employee must have been having a bad day. Understandable, we all have them. All other employees were smiling and happy but the one employee was somewhat rude and never smiled.
