Jenna Williams, who is new employee with you, is an excellent member representative. I arrived at the bank around 4:35. I was trying to take a loan out against my credit card. After numerous phone calls to your health center and help from the staff within, 45 minutes later, she figured it out for me. She never once complained about how long it was taking or that it was past closing time. She is The type of employee you want to have be part of your business and representing you. Her kindness and patience were greatly appreciated!

5 stars fir Alaisha without a doubt.
Appts are though and every question always fully explained. Major issues recently with a transfer of funds with from another company .. she has managed to mivevthrough the challenges of the wayntjat company fud not cooperate in the transfer and managed to break through the layers and solve it.
Every appt is the kind of service every financial institution strive to provide.
By the way it feels like more staff is needed
Appts are very hard to get. Calls are impossible. For that reason only a 4 stat fir RCU. RCU is our choice and referring often.

I just had a 5-Star customer service encounter with Sarah Schaekel, the Branch Manager at RCU Edina location . Despite a technical hang up due to a rain storm in the area, she got me what I needed to process an insurance check — saving me much hassle and an out-of-the-way journey to another branch. And she was so friendly! It was an old-school banking experience in the best definition of that term. ??

Repeated turnover at this location over the last two years puncutated by their most recent branch manager barely lasting a full year! Every other complaint is about service too! Judging from how tone-deaf these admin responses are to these general member concerns, maybe the smart employees knew better than to stay.
