I use only Samsung products for devices. I just don't like the changes on the new phones. I get people want wireless it is easier and better. I don't like always using wireless earbuds. They die too fast and don't hold a charge after awhile. I would rather have the option for either or. It's extremely annoying.

Worse customer service I ever encountered in my life. Would never by Samsung product again
