I made the order on 11/28 and scheduled delivery on 1/8. Until now I didn’t receive any appliances yet. Really disappointed and frustrated. 😔

7 days out of warranty on a $1500 washer. Next time I won't even buy their phones. Horrible company. No customer service. Buy LG or anything else!! NOT a Samsung
