I visited this store for the first time when they held an event with Top 10 Liquors. They graciously opened the entire store for this evening event.
It is quite a unique & eclectic store with items for the entire family, including pets.
The rooftop patio was perfect for the THC tasting, although the wind kept everyone chilled.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Serge + Jane, a local small business retailer, and feel compelled to share my frustration. I attempted to exchange a sweatshirt and sweatpants that didn't fit. They were a gift from my wife in anticipation for our first child. Unfortunately, I was unable to return it within their strict 7-day return window because we were dealing with birth of our newborn, which involved an unexpected 6-day hospital stay. When I explained this to the staff, hoping for some understanding given the extenuating circumstances, I was met with a rigid response. They pointed to their return policy and refused to make an exception, showing no empathy or flexibility for my situation. I'm now stuck with a $250 dollar sweatsuit that doesn't fit. I was not trying to return the product, just swap it out for a different size that they had in stock.
The lack of compassion and unwillingness to accommodate a loyal customer under such circumstances was shocking. Small businesses thrive on community support, but this experience felt cold and transactional. I won’t be returning to Serge + Jane and would caution others to be aware of their inflexible policies before shopping there.

Stopped in for the first time and have a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service, unique space, good parking, and a great varied and current selection of designers I seek out and also some new gems I hadn't heard of; Love that there is also kids, mens, and home sections for a one-stop shop experience

Sege & Jane had a top listed on their website, reduced price final sale, that I could not find anywhere else. On account of it being a bit expensive and not a familiar brand I wanted to be sure it would fit. Upon calling the store the employees located the top and gave it a good look-over and helped me decide it would be a proper fit. And it was! I love my new wacky palm tree jacquard top. Thank you!

Awesome little shop! We drove 2 hours to visit the store on account they stated this had one of these Deers my son is obsessed with they went into the back storage & got him out for us so we could get a replacement! Super kind & the store is super cute & has a great assortment!

what a amazing little shop 1) women- the 1st floor is wonderful clothes for women - being in my mid 30s I felt I could find clothes that looked great and for my age 2) kids clothes are just amazing downstairs! 3) so many fun home items and things to make cocktails 4) men cloth section was smaller but great also for the 30-50 age area who wants some trend
