Sky Zone Minneapolis is an indoor trampoline park that offers a fun and active environment for kids, teens, and adults. Known for its variety of activities, the park provides opportunities to jump, dodge, flip, and play games like SkySlam and Ultimate dodgeball. The park’s mission is to promote active play that is good for both the body and the brain, encouraging everyone to play every day and be themselves. The facility is clean, well-set-up, and secure, with features like lockers that can be assigned personal PINs for safe storage of belongings. Many visitors appreciate the friendly, polite staff who are helpful and attentive, especially in handling group events, birthday parties, and fundraisers. The staff members are quick to respond when injuries occur, and they make guests feel cared for. There are many activities suitable for all ages, and most people find them enjoyable. The park also offers a decent selection of fresh food, with pizza being a popular option. Visitors noted that the park has drinking fountains, allowing them to refill water bottles, although some mention that drinks are not allowed inside, and the café can close earlier than expected. However, some drawbacks include the large crowds, which can make supervision difficult, especially for parents watching young children. Certain advertised features, like the zip line and the slide, are not available yet or do not perform as expected. The park can also be crowded with unsupervised kids, which might pose safety concerns, and cleanliness issues, particularly in the women’s bathroom and with germs in foam pits, have been noted. Overall, Sky Zone Minneapolis is a popular, lively place for active fun, loved for its friendly staff and variety of activities, making it a great spot for kids’ parties and family outings. Visitors are encouraged to keep a close eye on children for safety and to enjoy the many options available.
We have come to Sky Zone for a few years now and always enjoy ourselves. We have bought tickets ahead of time only once or twice when we knew it would be busy. Otherwise, we rarely have a wait when we come in. Our experience was made even better by Connor who was extremely friendly and welcoming.
