  I came in one night to see a piece of bread for the hot dogs have mold in it, i told some lady working there about it and left. The next day I come in, that lady starts to yell at me. She tells me to leave, how dare i tell her the bread was moldy, and preceeded to misgender me infront of everyone there, I corrected her saying I’m a boy but she said something to the effect of “I know you ain’t a man” and kept referring to me as a woman. She also complained that when she touched my shoulder the day before while I was browsing I got scared, saying I was extremely rude for that. By the way I’m 16 years old, this employee lashed out at a 16 year old boy whilst acting queerphobic.
  I’ve since been terrified to come back, I’m afraid she will be there and start saying more discriminatory stuff towards me.
  ..all this happened because I warned her about some moldy bread

  I was waiting to pay and nobody helped me while I stood there for 10 minutes and the lady looked at me then walked away

  I was only there because I working delivering for Amazon an my gas light popped on so i stopped, went in and got a Pepsi got to the counter and asked for 15 on pump 8, the cashier says “are you sure because that’s E-85, I said holdup, walked outside, seen I was on pump 4, walked back into the store and told the cashier pump 4, she said ok pump 4 and rang me up. I went outside and attempted to pump the gas. It didn’t pump. I then checked my card to see if she actually charged me for gas a she did, so I went back in. Now the manager was there, a light skin girl with a tattoo on her kneck. She greets me just like this “give me your card because you have to pay again” I ask why, she says “because you said pump 8” I told her no I said pump 4 and asked if she can put it on pump 4 she said no you said pump 8 an she put it in then you said pump 4 and she couldn’t cancel it because it’s E-85 so you have to pay again, I told her we had established I was on pump 4 before I paid, she told me the employee couldn’t cancel it so I’ll have to pay for the gas again. I asked her why do I have to pay twice if I never got gas, she says I don’t have to pay twice, after some time it will go back to my card. I got my card out my wallet attempting to hand it to her but at the same time telling her that’s the whole situation inconvenience. She tells me it’s my fault because I said pump 8. (ANY GOOD MANAGER WOULD HAVE JUST APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE) I again told her that we established I was on pump 4 before I paid for anything so that’s not my fault. She then accused me of trying to belittle her employee an told me to leave, yelling and over talking me. As I was leaving i began talking to my brother who lives in Texas on FaceTime about it, SHE BEGAN TO YELL AT MY BROTHER who only said she sounds like she’s looking for a fight, when he said that she insinuated that I only wanted to come there and argue and keep shouting “LEAVE!!” At the top of her lungs, I was only there to get gas, a calm manager that could communicate would have prevented that entire experience. She refused to give me her name and when I called she told me she was the manager. She was overly aggressive for absolutely no reason. Talking as if I didn’t understand her and over talking me. She doesn’t need to manage if she assumes people don’t have anything better to do than argue and she can’t apologize to a costumer. In an attempt to talk to the manager I called again today. she picked up against to tell me that I was degrading her employee by saying it wasn’t my fault that that happened. Her name is Paige.

  this is a great place to shop for gas and all your needs. store is always stocked and clean. the staff is outstanding! very personable and friendly. I only buy my gas here and my grandsons love the delicious fresh donuts. high recommend this business.

  People who works there today was very rude, and didn’t help me with the issue that this gestation had with pumps. Not even really interested in helping at all. It was basically telling me “get out of here with your issue “ !!!
