Special ordered through the store and it’s been a bad experience since the order. Only half my order showed up and even after contacting the toll free # and trying online chat, they’re horribly understaffed and not able to be reached in a timely fashion. So I called the store today but the person who answered make excuses, said she couldn’t help me and talked over me most of the time. Will not be shopping here again. I expected that Talbots would offer a better customer experience than this considering the premium pricing + this economy.

The women working were fun, kind and helpful. The sale rack was full of great clothes, not just sloppy leftovers. ? I wanted a sweater and they personally called a few stores, found it, and had it delivered to my home -thank you!!!

Wonderful store. Great selections for all size women. Their shoe selection is fabulous. The sales people ate so kind and helpful and give honest feedback. So lucky to have this extraordinary store close by.

The worst customer service ever from a group of adult women! Poor customer service is to be accepted at any place where teenagers are working. But certainly not from a store on 50th Street in Edina. Was in the store for over 30 minutes and not once was I approached by a sales associates or even acknowledged although 2 women walked by me looked me in the face and never even commented or offered to help. lit wasnt until I was walking into the dressing room a lady finally said to me, "oh, do you need a room". She pointed to which Room to go to, asked my name and left. No offer to help. No offer to contact her if I needed a different sizes and certainly she never checked back in on me! Ended up leaving everything i was going to purchase in the dressing room and departed. Up set that I wasted my time and drove out of my way to go to the store because of the sizes it offered. So dissappointed in Talbots now. Back to Van Maurer and will never stray again!!!
