💥 Don't let the store name fool you, it is not just boxes and containers – I have gotten anything from phone cord accessory type items to drawer organizers, to personal business like items. I'm a little bit of a neat freak and this I have found some very soothing items here to help keep my stress low at home because of the tidiness and organization it brings to my home life and work life.
💥 Everyone could visit the store and find at least one thing they relate to and would purchase!
💥 I have visited the store a handful of times and i always find that another great thing is that they're always rotating their inventory and getting the most up to date products with Trends and Market.

I did my homework ahead of time and recently went to the store to look at the Elfa closet organization systems. I had a handful of questions I couldn't answer from the website. Annette helped me and all I have to say is wow! She knew everything about the Elfa system and patiently answered every question. Then she took time to design a few options for my closets, adjusting layouts in real time until they fit my needs perfectly. As a result, I purchased two Elfa systems that same evening.
If you have questions, visit the store, meet with Annette and it will move things along quickly. Just be prepared with detailed closet measurements. Awesome experience!

This is the best store ever!! They have some of the coolest, fun things in this store! It’s a little expensive, however worth the money for the quality of everything!

I walked in today (Labor Day weekend) for some random plastic envelopes, I was greeted promptly by an employee, Joe, and not only did he explain that my timing was great due to the store wide sale (I had no idea), but even though they were out of what I needed in store, he gave me perfectly simple instructions on how order them & still get the sale along with free delivery. Huge help all around.
Literally everyone there was very proactive, welcoming, and informative. I was able to get a lot of necessities for a new store I’ve got
opening at some amazing prices.

I can’t say enough great feed back about this store. Today Joe helped me with planning and style choices for my clients closet, and Nick walked me through all the choices and design options of Elfa. I appreciate everyone being so friendly and helpful.

I had an excellent experience working with John on a custom closet design service. From the initial consultation to the DIY installation, I felt heard, respected, and understood throughout the entire process.
While the DIY installation required significant effort, I was impressed by the completeness and quality of each item. Every single part was included (and there were many!), and all the pieces were cut perfectly and made of high-quality materials. Even the removal of the billion part stickers was surprisingly easy despite the number. Communication about pickup could've been better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the results and plan to use this store/service for my other projects in the future.

Really rude check out guy harassed us about getting our info into their system for marketing when we repeatedly declined. Someone needs to stop that.

Chris Klaustermeier provided exceptional guidance as we navigated reinstalling our closet, which we had originally installed ourselves but not properly. Her customer service was absolutely fabulous—she was knowledgeable, patient, and made the process seamless.
Cliff Stricklen, who handled the installation, did an outstanding job. He was professional, pleasant, and meticulous in his work. The end result exceeded our expectations!
