I've work with multiple lenders he is by far the easiest to work with and the most knowledgeable. Thomas was great! We are first time home buyers and did not know much about lending and home buying, but Thomas is very knowledgeable and helped walk us through the whole process. He was readily available when we had any questions and more than happy to elaborate on complicated topics. We felt like he really looked out for our best interests, which made him stand out from other lenders. We would highly recommend Thomas to anyone going through the mortgage process or looking to refinance!

Thomas worked tirelessly through the ups, downs and weird quirks of the home buying process. He always gives so much context to the process (as big picture or small details as you can handle!) that you end up having a very good idea of what is happening and why. Prompt, detailed, communicative and always willing to help!

Thomas not only helped us during the closing, but also before it. When we met Thomas, we were not in good shape to buy a house.. He worked with us for a while to get all in place; always helpful, and never gave up. Thomas was amazing to work with. I wasn’t expecting how personable he would be and we actually ended up having a lot in common which eased things in the process. On top of that, Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and made sure all questions were answered in a way that I understood. Throughout the process he was always available to talk and he and his team were always there to help out. There was a hiccup in the market that would’ve affected our closing but Thomas and his team really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend Thomas to anyone!

What can I say? Well, Tom Johannsen is the best of the best. He is very knowledge about in the loan industry. He went above and beyond to help me close within 3 weeks of me purchasing a house. He followed through and update me so I never needed to wonder where we were at with the underwriting. Tom was a joy to work with he is a honest, humble, knowledgable and a family man.
