Poor customer service. Poor quality jewelry. Multiple pieces that I have discolor skin, tarnish and break easily. I am going to be finding a new place to buy jewelry going forward.

The lady that greeted us was not pleasant. I will not go back. When you walk into a store and get treated insignificantly -Not a place I would like to do business with. Wish we had more options in Minnesota. Not a good representation to the company - Will not do business in this company or store in the future.

Had a very disappointing experience at Tiffany & Co. I brought in a watch I had purchased as a Christmas gift (not a cheap one), because it started acting up—despite being less than a year old. One of the sales associates quickly dismissed the issue, suggesting it probably just “needed oil” and implied it might not be covered under warranty. I had to push her to check with a manager, who thankfully confirmed the watch was still under warranty.
Four weeks later, I received an email saying the repair was complete. When I called to confirm pickup, the person on the phone told me someone had already picked it up. I nearly lost it. Only after giving her the order number did she finally locate it. Completely unacceptable.
Terrible service from start to finish. The staff seriously need better training and communication. I don’t see myself returning to this location.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tiffany & Co. thanks to the exceptional service from Taylor, Lauren, and Olga. Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, helping me find exactly what I was looking for with genuine warmth and professionalism. Lauren, the manager, ensured everything ran smoothly and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Olga was also incredibly helpful and added to the overall seamless experience. The entire team worked together beautifully to make my visit memorable. I couldn’t be more pleased — thank you all for such outstanding service!

Came in around 1:15pm 06/25/2025 and Olga H. was a pleasure to work with yesterday when I came in with my little boy. She helped me get squared away on a baby gift that I needed for my best friend who finally adopted a baby after years of waiting with his wife so this was a special moment for them. I figured hey we went to high school together and he's been waiting so patiently for this day so I'll get him something nice.
Olga was very friendly and even shook my hand a couple of times and we exchanged some Russian words back and forth. She gave me and my little boy a couple of waters too which was a nice gesture especially when you're spending a couple dollars haha 😆

When I first walked in to get my ring cleaned I wasn’t aware of the policy change that includes a new $20 cleaning fee. The tall woman who I spoke with told me that cleanings require an appointment and if I didn’t have one I would need to leave it and pick it up 2 days later. She never offered to check or suggested I check if there were any appointments left for the day that I could sign up for. She needs more training in customer service.
I looked it up when I walked out of the store and made an appointment for later. When I returned to my appointment, Simoes was very professional, respectful, and helpful with my concerns regarding the cleaning. Online it said the appointment is 30 minutes but was told I would need to give them 2 hrs to clean. When I returned to pick up my cleaned ring, the man who I assume is security was friendly and helpful. He went and got someone who could assist me with the pick-up who happened to be Simoes! They both were kind and thanked me for coming in and wished me a good day. Something the tall woman never did. I deducted a star for the ridiculous cleaning fee and for the tall woman’s lack of customer care/service.

My experience the past 4+ years here has been great with Rachel Henry. I highly recommend working with her to find your favorite pieces. She is very kind, professional and knowledgeable! There were so many times I walked in without any item in mind then walked out with something. Her professionalism and excellent service/communication made me want to purchase and return to the store.
However, I’m giving one star because of a client advisor named Olga. I do see that she has a couple good reviews, but she definitely judges customers by how we look. I met her twice whenever I came in for cleaning my jewelry and of course who would think they need to dress up super fancy for a simple service? When I encountered her the first time, I was there to pick up 5 pieces after cleaning service. I asked if she could help putting bracelets on me and she said “I don’t want to do that. I just got my nails done” .. I was like ????. I have never experienced anything like this at Tiffany stores in Chicago, NYC, Paris or Tokyo. Mind you, she had short length regular manicures at that time and I had a long acrylic set. The second time I came to clean my jewelry, she told me that it costs $20 for a sterling silver piece, which I did not find any issue with, honestly. I only asked her if that was the new policy and she gave me an attitude like I was wasting her time. So I walked out. Then I changed my mind. I walked back in and requested to talk to the store manager, David. He apologized for the poor customer service that I experienced with Olga. He was very nice.

As similar to other one star review, this place is awful for customer service. The employees are pretty rude and judge the book by the cover.

Very rude customer service and now they are charging $20 a piece for cleaning! There is nothing on their website about this or anything that states this when making an appointment. We drove a ways to this location to get our 12 different Tiffany pieces cleaned, but at $20 a piece might as well just buy something new! We are very disappointed and dissatisfied. This very cheap and tacky of Tiffany and Co. They wouldn’t even make an exception since we were not made aware of their new policy. Won’t be going back and probably won’t be purchasing anything from Tiffany’s again.

Really great experience, made an appointment, came out with a simple diamond pendant necklace for my gf and a chain for myself. Great service from Taylor specifically who brought in the makers chain for me🤙 really happy with it all.

This Jewelry is advertised as life long jewelry but every experience I’ve had here has proven that statement to be false! Most recently I got the Tiffany heart bracelet here with my initials engraved onto it and after just 2 months of wearing it the heart just fell off? The clasp connecting the heart is perfectly intact but the heart is gone, when going in to ask what they can do about this they told me I’d have to pay $75 for a new heart and pay to get it re-engraved which is another $70 about. On top of this after just 2 months it’s already discolored and this isn’t a fluke thing because I have 3 other necklaces from here that I rarely wear and they have also all discolored unfortunately, I’d expect for the price point that my jewelry would not go brown! I also want to add I tried a different jeweler and have wore my necklace from there for over a year straight now without ever taking it off and have experienced zero discoloration or issues along with my bracelet from that same jeweler that I’ve had on for 6 months now, no issues or discoloration. Because of my experience I am convinced Tiffany is just a brand name thing as their quality does not compare to other jewelers and I don’t agree with the way they handle situations.
