I got to the store right at 5pm when they close. The person working (Nick) was just about to lock the door, but he let me in and helped me. He was SO kind and friendly and helpful, even as he was getting ready to go home. I appreciate his kindness and positive attitude while helping me! He made my whole day!

This UPS store is located within a short distance from my home. It's a full service stores. I have been using their services for as long as I can remember. Their customer service is excellent. The front staff is courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.
