I needed to send a fax, which in the year of our lord 2026 is frankly a bit silly. I had never sent a fax before and had no idea what I was doing. But UPS had me covered with premade cover pages and an explanation of how it all worked.

Tez has the patience of a saint. I screwed up a QR code on a return and he was so kind as he helped me fix my mistake, pack, unpack and swap out labels. He even helped me at the door as he saw me struggling with my big oversized bulky boxes. Great experience and great customer service during the busy holiday season.
