Apart from everyone elses reviews, i drove into the cities needing a cashier check, Denise was who attended me soon as i walked in i was in and out within 5 minutes. She was polite, cheerful and extremely friendly despite being early in the morning. I left a sastified us bank customer. if youre reading this Thank you Denise. ??

I do *not* want to be sold services when I'm trying to make a simple transaction. survey I just took asked if the employee gave me additional information about other services - THANKFULLY NO!

Although the employees are sweet and kind, the location is severely understaffed. Waited in line to make a wire transfer for 40 minutes only to be told it was now too late to complete said wire transfer. The time restriction was also never communicated. My business banker is great but it’s frustrating when communication issues arise and everyone’s time is wasted.

It does not get any worse. This bank's systems don't work. Automatic payments are not made, then they send you threatening letters. You can't call and get a person on the phone. To make an appointment with a banker you have to come in. Then come again for the apt. And the people working there obviously don't care about their work or their customers. Very disrespectful. This branch used to be a fine bank. But no longer. It is going down. Time to leave.

I was having problems with a couple US Bank business accounts for a political organization. Visits to a couple other branches were not helpful. I drove down from the north metro, met with Michael D at the Edina branch, and he resolved all the problems that I was having.Thank you!

I am not sure what the name of the person I talked to was, "Pam" I think, but I know she put zero effort into helping me over the phone! Her talking tone was like she was so bothered by her job duties! She just wanted to get over the conversation even though my question only took 10 seconds; she couldn't handle that either!!! This bank lacks basic customer service skills! Please, training and training so your staff can do their job right! You need a team who at least can handle the essential task of being courteous while talking to customers.

Awful bank and company. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years, should’ve left long ago but was always too lazy to change all my automatic payments.Recently my wife found a letter I nearly missed that said if I don’t reply in 30 days they’ll close my accounts and give my money away to the state, due to account inactivity. I have monthly direct deposits, monthly transfers and many auto billpays running through the accounts, and yet somehow I’m not an “active customer”. Several us bank reps recommended I use their debit card every month to avoid this happening again (does anyone with an ounce of financial sense use a debit card!?!).This is the last straw for me. After my next mortgage payment processes, I am leaving us bank for good and you should too. I am even more excited to cease my business with them than I was cancelling Comcast. F&@k US Bank.

Wow. I see 4 banks hidden away in cubicles. There are 4 customers in line. No nod "we'll be right with you." 5 minutes waiting so far. Not inspiring to bank here

They are honestly so rude and truly do not care about your business. I came in with questions about getting a new credit card and they looked at me like I was in the wrong place. Their facial expression seemed unimpressed and annoyed that I was there. Definitely go to a different location if you are wanting help!
