They are honestly so rude and truly do not care about your business. I came in with questions about getting a new credit card and they looked at me like I was in the wrong place. Their facial expression seemed unimpressed and annoyed that I was there. Definitely go to a different location if you are wanting help!

Apparently this branch doesn't have any interest in gaining a new business banking customer. I sat in the lobby for several minutes just after the branch opened--literally no customers were in the bank. Several bankers saw me, and made eye contact--but no one could be bothered to walk over. As I was leaving, a nice investment banker was coming out of his office and when I asked him to point out the branch manager (I wanted to give some feedback)...and he pointed to one of the guys who pointedly ignored me. Nice! I don't recommend this branch...at least not for personal or business banking. Maybe for investing, as the investment banker seemed kind and apologized on behalf of his colleagues.

Other branches are like standard franchise offerings: probably won't screw up your order too badly. This branch is like a fancy steakhouse hidden in a weird strip mall: roughly half of the people who work here have been there for years and years and are EXPERTS, but everyone is always sad. ....that said, US Bank is still...ehhh. The least bad? of the Big 3 consumer banks in the area. So basically it's like the least terrible of your farts. Upside: ATMs everywhere. Downside: The sad, sad branches with their sad, sad employees. tl:dr if for some reason you MUST be a part of a big bank instead of a credit union, go to the Edina 50th branch because they'll try and make it the best for you. Like actually, not like in that stupid perky company line way.
