Waited in the prescription line for an hour. There was only one pharmacist working. When I got to the counter, they told me they had no record of my prescription that had been sent in two hours earlier. Called around and waited another forty minutes, they finally found the record of my prescription and told me it would be at least half an hour for it to be filled, and there wasn’t even anyone working in the back filling the prescriptions. Heard the second pharmacist that had recently arrived telling someone it might take several hours, so I just left. All the other customers there were also having an awful experience. Avoid at all costs.

Ridiculous pharmacy wait times, staff telling us 20 minutes, then another 30 minutes after waiting in the long lines inside and outside! No empathy or care from the tech girl working when we told her we already waited basically an hour. They seriously need to have more people working at this location. Every single time we come here there is a massive line inside and at the drive through. Walgreens needs to stop paying out the lazy senior execs high salaries and actually spend money on employees in the pharmacy. Also, their organization of prescriptions is chaotic and embarrassing. Piles of meds are overflowing into the bins next to and below them, half the time they can’t find something and it takes even longer- hence the long wait times. If they would take time to update their meds organization it would improve things greatly but doubt it will happen due to the obvious lack of care Walgreens has for its customers.

Dirty and unpleasant. Always a long wait at the pharmacy. I like that they are 24hrs but that’s it.

Be aware that this is a specialty pharmacy that has some specific medications that normal pharmacies do not so expect longer lines at odd hours.
The pharmacy and Walgreens staff at this location are fantastic. They get 6 stars. The bathroom however is atrocious. Walgreens, your staff and customers deserve a little better bathroom situation.

Do not get your prescription filled at this location unless you have time to wait 45+ minutes inside the store. Don't get in the drive-thru unless you don't mind being stuck with no way to exit in the car line. I waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru. You'll be at the mercy of an angry cashier that hates their job & wants nothing more then to clock out. You'll get text messages that tell you your prescription is ready when it's not & asked by the cashier if you need said prescription?!? After waiting 45 minutes, do I need my prescription?!? YES I need my prescription & the 45 minutes of my life back you angry elf.

Waited 30 minutes inline to be told talk to the pharmacist. Pharmacist found order and told me to return in another 30 minutes. I did and went back in line 10 people ahead of me 25 minute wait for them to tell me pharmacist had lost track and not put order in. Talked to pharmacist again and then I was told to again line for another 30 minutes just to get my prescription. No empathy from the employees I had my sick child and wife waiting in the car waiting on the prescription. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

I went for the Walgreens version of Afrin nasal spray severe allergy they don't carry it at all. I also tried to get my pharmacy changed to here, but was in line for over 40 mins and moved 2 people. I will not go there for these items again.

Extremely rude pharmacist—multiple times. Witnessed the behavior with other customers also (even elderly folks!). Unkind, sarcastic, unhelpful. Went to an EP Walgreens for help 2x after these interactions. Night & Day customer service.

This is not the first time having Rx not filled when the app and texts say it's filled.after waiting for 45 minutes they can't find it with no apology and tell me to get back in line. This pharmacy should be shut down and started with new management. That store manager had no eagerness to resolve the issue, but thankfully did, not requiring me to get back in line to checkout with the Rx that should have been filled ,and gave me some Walgreens points for the inconvenience. The real issue is I had to go to two managers to even get this accomplished. This will be my last time at this pharmacy and will only use Amazon or Target from now on. I have had great encounters through the drive through, but the difference in professionalism and general competency either declines after working there for a long time or there's real morale and policy issues that make it difficult for people to do this job.

They need to hire more people to work the windows at the pharmacy. There is often only one person working the window and it’s one of the busier pharmacy, very long lines.
