You are literally better off without your medicines than putting your care into these jokers’ hands.They’ll lie right to you and then tell you that you are the one that’s in the wrong.Just go anywhere else! So many options in that area, it’s a wonder how Walgreens still has a pulse.

I’ve never had such horrible pharmacists. Emanuel and Daniel make me feel uncared for and unsafe. I really wish that Walgreens corporate would step in and make changes to make this blight of a store bearable.My best advice is to not even begin business with Walgreens if you are debating on doing so, just so that this location doesn’t end up making you feel how I feel

Bad pharmacist and power tripping.I had called to get a prescription filled and originally the employee Emanuel told me that my fill would be ready on the 27th and when I asked him if they would be able to fill my prescription up to 3 days early, as I always have had the leniency to do. Emanuel decided at that point that my prescription would now be ready on the 28th instead of the 27th of the month, after I asked to have an early fill. Using bargaining against your, “customers” who are sick is deplorable.I hate how they treated me and I hate how they WILL treat you.Just go somewhere else! (-:

I contacted the York Walgreens at 10 PM on 3/2/2024 regarding a delayed medication. I was informed that the insurance only covered a 90-day supply, not a 30-day supply as prescribed. When I expressed surprise at this, the pharmacist advised me to inquire with the insurance company. I opted for an out-of-pocket purchase for a shorter supply. Out of curiosity, I called other Walgreens locations and discovered that the said pharmacisit simply needed to scroll down the page to override the denial. I wondered where Walgreens finds such individuals.

Another Walgreens with extremely short-sighted management or ownership!!!!Not being open 24 hours or having a 24-hour pharmacy somewhere in Minnesota is grossly overlooked!Just give up Walgreens close all your stores and let some other place take up the slack!You know even if they're bad they're still going to be better than any Walgreens that's out there!You've lost a customer for life!!!

My doctor sent in a prescription at 3:30. At 7:00 it was still ‘in process’ on the app. I called the pharmacist, and when describing the situation, he cut me off to find my last name and tell me it was still processing. He then told me it’d at least be another hour because, and he emphasized, there are A LOT of people in front of me.This is not the place to go if you are sick and needing immediate medication. If other people have been waiting since 3:30, I hope it wasn’t for anything necessary.

Should be zero stars. The pharmacy has incredibly rude staff who do not want to help you in any way. They talk to the customers like they are idiots. There was one staff member in particular - male, white, long hair in bun - who treated customer after customer with contempt. When a woman who didn’t speak English well asked him if he could help her he said no and pointed for her to leave. The manager, who stands next to him, defended his appalling behavior. Terrible people who are terrible at their jobs.

Constantly don't know how to use goodrx coupons and says it's more then it is. The app offers coupons and thats the price it should be. Not 4x the price.

They keep telling me I need to contact my own doctor and whenever I’m confused about something, I’m talked down to and given sass like I’m inconveniencing them for not knowing the ins and outs of the pharmaceutical business and regulations.

This pharmacy is pathetic. I was kind and politely waited, but this has happened multiple times. They say they call the name when it’s ready, but that is not true. This has happened multiple times now, where they tell me to wait, and I am patient. When the paging system doesn’t work, I should not feel bad about not hearing it. I am not someone who just “misses” announcements. I value hard work and understand many people seem to do their best, but the systems they have here do not work for waiting for medications. I do not like sitting around and waiting for announcement that do not make it to my ears.
