I stopped in at the Walgreens on Vernon to get a flu shot on a Friday afternoon at around 3:45pm. The very rude young gentleman behind the pharmacy counter told me and the ONE other person behind me that I was too late to get a flu shot. I told him the sign said they were giving flu shots until 4:00pm. He said "Yes, but if we give you a shot, then it will be after 4:00pm and then we'll have to give shots to everyone else". Keep in mind, there was only one other woman in the store behind me and she wasn't there for a flu shot. I said, "No wonder this Walgreens is closing!" He said "We're NOT closing". I said "Oh yes you are, it's all over the Internet, you're closing in two years." I can't tell you how many of my prescriptions have been messed up by individuals at this Walgreens. If I need an Rx filled and Brenda isn't working, I go to the Walgreens up the street. Bottom line: There's no excuse to be rude to customers. They could have given me a flu shot. I could see the pharmacist working behind the counter. He just didn't feel like giving me a flu shot. They SHOULD shut this Walgreens down....maybe sooner than two years!

Made an appointment and waited 20 min for a vaccine eventually just left. What's th point of making an appointment at a scheduled time slot of you don't adhere to it even remotely

We completed the consent/personal info forms prior to our vaccination appointment. When we arrived, the inhospitable lady at the register could not find them and wanted us to redo all the forms, which we couldn't do because we didn't have access to all the information we had when originally filling them out (hence why we filled them out at home). No one was anticipating our appointment and it took a separate employee (after check-in!) to ask what we were waiting for and to kick the vaccinator's butt into gear to help us. The vaccinator was sick and not wearing a mask and he wasn't able to help us complete our proof-of-vaccination form. The entire appointment was a bust and we ended up leaving unvaccinated. But shout out to the young man who cared enough to get the ball rolling for us even though he wasn't working with us.

Shaheen is wonderful — always recognizes us, is very quick, and is always kind. We appreciate her service. In general, I find this Walgreens to be better than most—their hours are great, they rarely close down for random reasons (like many Walgreens), and they’re typically on time with my prescriptions. I’ve had a few hiccups with them not communicating with me well, but overall good service.

Do not come here for vaccination. The sign says scan the QR code to check in. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing other people going to the counter, I went up and was told we needed to both check in online and in person. We were told we would not go to the back of the line but we have been here 60 minutes with no vaccine yet.

My vaccination appointment was at 1:00 (online registration completed) My actual vaccination was at 1:53 in a FILTHY CORNER of the waiting area, behind a screen. I even remarked on how filthy it was. Didn’t feel clean or even safe to receive a vaccination there.

Really unbelievable lately. Something needs to be done. These companies think they can get away with anything. Just a nightmare for the pharmacy workers and customers alike.

Have been using this pharmacy for 5 months and have had nothing but courteous, friendly and fast service. They've offered to expedite prescriptions and their drive through is faster than other Walgreens I've used.I leave with a smile on my face. What more can you ask?!

I am never going to this walgreens ever again because of the attitude of the staff in the pharmacy. I was ignored then treated like a bother when i tried to correct my situation. Walgreens you need to train your pharmacy staff better if you want to keep your customers.

I visited Walgreens in Edina, Vernon Avenue, for a prescription at the drive through. As usual Lorenzo did a great job in providing timely, accurate service.

This place’s pharmacy customer service is a joke. Pharmacy took twice as long to make a script as it should have. Once our name was called, we had to wait again in a long line. Walgreens, if you’re reading this, you should implement a pick up spot when patient’s name is called. That makes more sense than your current process!!
