We need more people like TINA in this world! I ordered custom bookmarks and had called to check the progress of the order. When I arrived at the store, It was clearly a day where they were under staffed but she still had a smile on her face and a positive attitude (despite her having to work an open to close shift). Before I even told her what I was in there for, she told me they were printed and ready to go! Loved her energy. Great customer service and made my day.

I love this store!. Everyone treats you like you are valued and appreciated. The Rx staff are always courteous, pleasant and helpful. I can get one of my meds cheaper somewhere else but the reviews from friends are discouraging - long waits and over worked pharmacies due to poor staffing. I think I will stay where I am. Thank you for your service.

Pharmacy manager was horrible! They filled the wrong medicine dosage and when I called to have them switch it to the right one they said they can't return it. They said to take it up with my insurance company to authorize another prescription which essentially gives them more business vs. replacing the one I had and correcting the mistake. Never again ! Going to switch to Costco Pharmacy. When I called and spoke to the manager he was very rude and didn't even care. Very rude. We've been a customer for over 20 years. That ends today.

Pharmacy cannot handle amount of business they get. Had to have a simple topical prescription sent out because they were out of stock. Then had to call 3 business days later to get an update. It showed up today and after waiting in line twice, it was ready for me. I should have been able to check out as soon as it was ready, but the gal told me I had to get back in the long line to check out. After years of being happy with them, I will not be using them any longer.

Worst experience ever at a Pharmacy, lied about my prescription being sent there. This late 50 something told me I had to wait 25 minutes for it. It was confirmed at another Walgreens Pharmacy, the above Pharmacy had processed my medication & accredited it with my personal insurance. I don’t recommend wasting any time here, and save yourself 45 minutes extra.

Horrible costumer service at the pharmacy. For the first time ever I was asked for my ID which I left in the car. Made me run to my car to get my ID, when I came back I ended up at the end of the line and with a different staff member which didn’t even look at it. Get it together!

The pharmacy has excellent and fast service. I needed a prescription transferred from another pharmacy that was out of my son's asthma medicine. This Walgreens pharmacy was able to transfer the prescription and fill it within 2 hours.
