This is one of the worst Wells Fargo branch. If you want to get your job done never go to this branch. The bank was empty all bankers were talking with each other in their offices while I was waiting for 40 min. Then I gave up and left. Management should do something about this location.

I don’t know if this branch has a “manager” but it doesn’t seem like it. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-through today but had to leave for a meeting. When I returned 2 hours later, I waited another 20 minutes inside with 8 customers in line BEHIND me before finally being served by a teller (there were 2 on duty- one of whom was assisting a customer for over 15 minutes and that customer was still at the counter when I left). I’ve been a Wells Fargo client for 11 years and have accounts at two other banks. I’ve never waited this long ever.
This branch is in Edina- but apparently Wells Fargo doesn’t see this as a niche worth allocating resources to at this point.
Oddly enough, the service began to deteriorate at the same time the quote from Henry Wells was replaced with a CD ad on the wall of the bank.

I hate giving one star, but wow. I am hoping that corporate sees this and provides more help to this location.
I understand that we all need to wait our turn, but I sat in drive thru line (the only person there) for 20 minutes. The tellers inside were averaging 10-15 minutes per customer. The manager checked in with me, took my stuff, then told me I’d need to wait for a teller. I was confused about that, but was happy to wait my turn. About 10-15 minutes later he asked “how can I help you?” Then another few minutes went by after I explained that they already had my stuff…
Yes, he apologized, and I appreciate that. And they are very nice. But efficiency at a bank is important.
If you’re in any hurry, don’t use this location.

They could not cash a check clearly signed to my name from my significant other and took a very long time to tell me that. Never had that issue at any other bank.

I have banked at Wells Fargo for over 30 years. The staff at the Edina branch has turned over significantly and the service has gone downhill. They don't answer their phone, they don't respond in a timely manner and they have made a business banking procedure impossible. Training, better customer service and a friendly attitude is needed.

For anyone who is looking to open a small business account with this bank I would encourage you not to do so. Especially not with Casey Olsen. She literally wasted my entire time just to tell me she couldn't deposit a check made out to my business because LLC was typed on my check instead of "limited liability company" (which one didn't make any sense & two I could've been told that much earlier). The whole purpose for going in was to reopen a closed business account & she made it extremely difficult. luckily I was able to go to another bank & open up a business account & deposit my check with no problem. Which leads me to wonder why it was such a hassle for me to do so at wells fargo, considering the fact that my business banked with them since 2020. My experience was awful and it took up my entire morning. Maybe it's just this location & the person I dealt with, but from my experience I would urge small business owners not to open an account there.

can't ever get an actual person to pick up the phone when I call, just get sent to their automated system, which is not helpful.

Just purchased two fabulous ribeye steaks.I will be making Steak au Poivre for Christmas Eve.First time trying this recipe. The meal turned out like I was a 5 star chef. Holy cow it was good.However I think those two ribeyes made the meal.Juicy, flavorful, almost as good as the butter knife steak at a famous Minneapolis steak house.Sounds like I’m bragging, but that meal was excellent.Please look at the pictures I’ve posted.Believe it or not, the taste was better than the pictures. And the pictures look pretty good.
