I was tasked with something I have never done before and Majestic was a really good company to deal with.
They told me what I should and could order for my event and they knew I was watching my expenses. As my event grew, they allowed me to call numerous times to check and see if I was correct in my planning. We then ordered a bigger tent as they suggested. It was perfect.
I found them to be accurate, and prompt.
They created a beautiful tent on my property and 60 people attended. We did not require heaters but we did keep the sides down on the tent. It was 60 degrees. We ordered Italian lights, a dance floor, round tables and banquet tables. I bought my own linens. I borrowed IKEA panels and hung those to make it prettier.
The only thing I didn’t like was when they took the tent down and I no longer had it on my property. Good memories!

Five stars for Majestic Events! I'm a novice party planner and was planning from out of town. Lisa answered my many questions promptly via email, and she went out of her way to assist when I had a date mixup. Our tables and chairs arrived when stated, they were easy to set up. Reliable and easy to work with. Thank you!

We hosted our son’s wedding at our home, and called Majestic to provide tent, tables and chairs. Steve and Lisa were incredibly easy to work with, communicated well / promptly, and left us with confidence that what we needed would be delivered on time, without us needing to worry about any of it. They gracefully re-quoted for us as our needs changed, and called a few days before to confirm the arrangement. Their service, setup, and take-down was top-notch, worry-free, and met our needs perfectly. Their equipment was high-quality, sturdy, affordable and looked great. Steve and Lisa definitely go the extra mile to make sure their client’s needs are met. I can’t recommend or appreciate Majestic highly enough … they did a superb job from start to finish!!

We ordered tents, tables, and linens for our wedding ceremony/reception. They were very helpful with figuring out what we needed. When we realized we needed another table for food, they were very quick to go get us another one. Steve also went above and beyond by offering pipes and drapes that weren't on the original invoice and took the time to get them set up that very same day. Would definitely recommend for any event needs!

We had an amazing experience with Majestic Tents for our wedding reception in Rochester. The staff was reliable and easy to work with. Their rentals were high quality and the tent was wonderful.
