My Experience at the Abra in Elk River was outstanding, Deana and Kelly went above and beyond, they took care of everything for me making sure a rental car was available and delivered at the their location, communication was excellent, I was updated daily on the repairs, and my vehicle was done earlier than expected which help with the cost of the rental. Thank you so much to the Abra team.

ABRA did a great job restoring my car after it was damaged in a house fire. It looks and feels like new again. They kept in touch with me the whole way through, and that communication was so reassuring. I always felt like they were on top of things. Very thankful for their work!

Excellent service in office and to my car!
Not only did they repair my car to new but they also cleaned my car inside and out which was way more than expected! I would 1000% recommend coming here!

Seems like they do good work. I haven't found anything really wrong yet other than the aftermarket headlights instead of factory ones. Getting that handled.

They did the service on my car after some ding done at my old shop forgot to close the gate on his trailer and hit my car. And they considered it a loss as per the insurance company. But I bought my car back and my car is fine. Still runs to this day

Everyone at Abra was extremely polite. They answered all my questions and did a n excellent job on my van. It looked like new. They even vacuumed and wiped down the inside of my vehicle. That was so appreciated and entirely unexpected. Who doesn't love surprises!! Thank you to the entire ABRA team!

If I could give this place negative stars I would.My car was backed into one the rear drivers side door had them fix it.Get the car back amd the door locks don't work and after rolling the window down on the door they fixed for the second time it wouldn't go back up. Brought it back to them and was told the door lock was like a light bulb they burn out. The window they claimed was fine when it left. Brought the car to a trusted mechanic window regulator was damaged when the car was backed into it had obvious damage that anyone could see and the door lock switch wasn't plugged in. Thanks ABRA for the terrible service and costing me money out of my pocket because of your incompetence. NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE is my recommendation
