Our experience at AT&T in Elk River, MN was fantastic! My husband and I cannot thank the store rep, Jose, enough for his friendliness and commitment to making our experience as new customers with AT&T as positive as it has been. We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and when he wasn’t sure about something, he took the time to get the answer for us. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. We’ve already shared this with friends and family. You don’t always get the opportunity as customers to work with people like Jose and both my husband and I feel AT&T is truly fortunate to have him representing them! Thank you, Jose, for your support!

Shady deals. Dont accept any accessories if they say it's included with the phone. We have a monthly subscription on airpods which the associate said they were a promotion free with the phone.
Moreover, uneducated sales associate knew nothing about specs on phones. I had to google everything while i was in the store. No integrity. Also was charged insurance on both phones without consent. These guys are hungry for commission. Next time will just buy phones online or buy a phone 3rd party. Authorized retailers suck!!!

Of all the Prime communications AT&T stores. Elk River store is by far the best. Their staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Especially the young man, Connor. He is a fine example of the type of people who should be recognized for their work. A young man who should be groomed for a management position.

Upgraded my daughters phone, get the bill this month and there's nearly $100 of additional charges that were conveniently never explained to us when we were in the store getting her new phone. They also included insurance which was never asked for and an early upgrade fee tacked on, again never asked for or explained.Went into the store today to get these resolved to only be told "we can't help you in the store here" so now I'm sitting on hold trying to get in touch with ATT to get this all sorted out. I'm NOT happy.ATT coverage is already piss poor in my area and they've done nothing about in in over a year, this was the last straw.

This store is horrible! We went in December to upgrade our daughter’s phone. Instead of just upgrading her existing line, they fraudulently added another line to our plan and signed it up for protection plan which we had declined when they offered.After spending hours on the phone with corporate after the holiday, we had things all squared away. Until today when the store reported the new phone as stolen and her service stopped!Thanks to the store and their deceptive and fraudulent practices, our daughter is now in a different state at college with no working phone.When we told corporate we wanted to file a complaint against this store, we were told they already have an open and active case against them.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

The guy that sold me his phone was very fast to help and accomplished everything I needed but couldn’t stop talking about how he’s so great and how much money he makes off commission for sales and interrupted his own sale to order cheeseburgers and kept talking about cheeseburgers. Very weird. The most frustrating part was having to come back 14 days after my purchase to pay the phone off which is not any of the employees fault just a silly AT&T policy. Got everything I needed but a mind numbing stupid experience.

Thank you BEN! If you are hesitant on going into the store because you think you’ll be pressured or not helped..Don’t be! The mgr Ben was amazing and spent hours (not kidding) getting our phones and watches connected! So impressed with his customer service skills, attention to detail and knowledge! ATT you are lucky to have a Manager who is so dedicated to your customers!

We stopped in to upgrade our phones with the new $1000 off the iPhone 15 max Pro with trade in. We were told we did not qualify because our unlimited plan was too old And they required us to upgrade our plan to get the deal. Our current unlimited plan includes unlimited hotspot, and there is no way we are giving up our plan. The store personnel turned us away.Before going to the store, I did a chat online with ATT and they said ANY Unlimited plan qualifies . The store personnel still would not listen.We now have an appointment to get our phones at the Duluth store where they Verified that yes we DO qualify.Do yourself a favor and skip this store.

Preston was very helpful fixing some phone issues for us tonight. He was polite and knew exactly how to fix the problem and I was in and out much faster than I was expecting with a working phone. Thank you

Poor customer service and even poorer management. Be very careful of what they will do to your account. No one is held accountable at this store.

Elk River , MN AT&T store . Rocks !Super customer service, went in to get a phone activated , only to upgrade into a iPhone 15 on a second phone because of their service ! Thank you so much AT& T !
