I had Aurora do my asphalt driveway in 2023. They did a wonderful job. Honestly a perfect experience the whole way. Definitely recommend them.

Jim and the team at Aurora were amazing to work with. In two days they demoed our old patio and poured a new one. Very communicative and thorough throughout the entire process. We highly recommend for any of your concrete needs.

1) Salesman sells the job, never to be heard from again.
2) Driveway has lines, dips, boot prints and other issues.
3) Will not make it right
This is how they responded to my concerns
It looks like a project manager and our paving lead have both already visited in regards to your concerns. They were there in May and again at the end of July when they did what they could to reheat the asphalt and make adjustments for you.
I did have a project manager take another look here and upon review there is nothing more that we could do for the project. Unfortunately, our only possible solution to the dip you're seeing is to add more mix to that area which would greatly impact that visual aesthetic of your driveway. Causing more damage/eyesores than a fix.
We are also unaware of how this area would be holding water as it appears that the water drainage is still pointed down the driveway. If you could please use a garden hose and wet the spot on the driveway, wait 15 minutes, and then take a picture of whatever water is still being held on the driveway, we would be happy to assess that and make sure the drainage is correct.

If you need asphalt work done call someone else and hope that they will treat you like a customer and not an inconvenience.

Paid them over $16,000 and concrete is pitting all over and asphalt is the same way. very poor work they don’t wanna do nothing to come fix it. All they want is money once you pay them, they don’t want to come out and do anything to fix the problem the right way I got a lot of pictures of the project too call me I’m willing to work with you guys come on look at the work I’m not looking for anything extra i paid good money to have a good driveway please come seal the concrete and everything you said you got paid if full $16,050 and honestly it’s one of the worst experiences I had to deal with not to mention I paid $3,000 to cut out around the apron for you guys and I got grass growing up in a few spots 3 1/2 months later this is not ok all I’m asking is for what i paid for and was told nothing more please call and make this right I keep calling you guys won’t return no calls. You have not sealed the concrete after being paid in full. Why can’t you guys complete the job?

Aurora replaced my blacktop driveway and cement sidewalks in 2021. Did an excellent job. I recently (2024) had them seal my driveway and again they did an excellent job. Some companies spray the sealant on your driveway and get overspray over all over. Plus the spray sealant is not very thick.
The Aurora team used an edger to clear the grass off the edges of my driveway, then used a wire brush on all dirt stuck to my driveway and finally used a powerful blower (on 4 wheels) to remove all the dirt and debris. Then they filled buckets with the sealant from a tank on their trailer and poured the sealant on the driveway then worked it into the driveway with a special brush. I ended up with a thick coat of sealant over my entire 3-year-old driveway with absolutely no over spray. All the places where my driveway intersected with the road, my garage and my sidewalk had perfectly straight lines of sealant with no splashes on the cement or street. Beautiful! As with the original installation I'm very happy with their work.

Aurora's work has been fantastic and everyone that worked on our project was a pleasure to speak with. I will note sometimes the communication for scheduling wasn't great. We knew delays for weather were possible but we had a few days we had been told to expect the crew to come out and didn't hear we had been rescheduled until very late in the day.

Really great. First time I had called they let me know I didn't really need their services yet and I should wait a couple of years and told me what to look for so of course when I did need to have the driveway repaved I called them and they did a beautiful job.
