They closed before 10pm and kicked us out 20 mins before 10pm employees are rude and wouldn't recommend going here for anything

Jordan provided exceptional customer service when I visited the AutoZone store on April 9th. I was in need of a new battery, and Jordan went above and beyond to assist me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, taking the time to understand my needs and find the perfect solution. His dedication to providing top-notch service was evident throughout the entire interaction. Jordan's help was truly phenomenal, and I couldn't be more grateful. He is an asset to the AutoZone team, and I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

Jordan was extremely helpful with a quick and efficient battery replacement. He had a great attitude and was super helpful even though my wife and I came in 30 min before close. Well done!! Made a dead battery so much less of a headache

This store has gone down hill so bad that I will never set foot in it again. The workers are not helpful condescending and down right rude. I have bought all parts from autozone in the past but now have switched to going next door where service is amazing. I even have filled 2 complaints recently and the managers do not care to call back.

My family and I used to love going in there. Now, the customer service is horrible. Brooke, Eric, and JT are the worst when it comes to customers. We will not be back.

Autozone is unable to do ANY returns if you use a Spire card and was unable to give me a full refund at the time. This includes if you rent a tool.

Above and beyond service from Brian and Jordan at the Elk River location who helped clean my heavily corroded battery terminal to get it tested, and in doing so, found a loose fitting. They both took their time and went the extra mile with my messy battery when they didn’t have to. Their outstanding effort was refreshing and greatly appreciated!

There were 3 employees working when we came in. They were just chatting and didn't appear busy. I asked a question and was surprised to be told to basically figure it out for myself. Which we did our best to do. The guy who rang us up was friendly and chatty. Ive often wondered why there are 2 auto parts stores right next to each other. I believe next time I will try the one right next door. Hopefully the service we experienced isn't what they give on a regular basis.
