First visit, last visit.
The young lady behind the counter had a very sour attitude, openly admitted she had no idea what pizza combo specials were running, and apparently didn't realize that any size drink for 99 cents was plastered all over the front door. Either that or a single slice of pizza is now $6.00, or sales tax is 25% in Elk River.
I realize good help is hard to find these days, but seriously you have to up your game.
UPDATE: I saw the the generic reply from 'the owner'. Maybe I just picked a bad Friday to stop in, but customer service was the last thing in this employee's mind. Speedway is right next to you, which is where I'll stop in the future.

My work and I order breakfast pizza from here once in awhile and it's always a treat! It was hot and ready when I picked it up today and everyone devoured it!Thank you!

I love Casey's when they're run correctly.
Stopped here today to get gas and a slice of breakfast pizza. Bags on the gas handles and no pizza in the warmer. Zero.

Not really sure what has happened with this store. It used to be my favorite - best pizza, staff, and just overall clean and stocked. Over the past year or so the staff has gone downhill, the pizza is horrible and not worth what they charge, the food is either gross or they don't have any made because of a broken freezer, drinks are always out of stock.
The pumps are almost always out of order. Luckily there's a Speedway across the street I can get to when I'm really low on gas. But what's the point of being a gas station without gas?
I really did love going here since I live so close, but lately I've been avoiding it. I wish they could get this store back up and running how it used to be years ago.

Stopped by yesterday with my wife to grab a quick slice of pizza, but unfortunately, there was nothing available—every food item was empty. Despite having five employees working, no one seemed to be actively restocking. When we asked the employee with their back turned if more pizza was coming, the employee at the counter didn’t even turn around to acknowledge us and simply said it would be a few minutes. The lack of food and customer service was disappointing, so we decided to leave and won’t returning anytime soon.

Not sure what the deal is with the girl who works nights. I believe her name is autum and she has the poorest attitude and customer service I've ever seen. Everyone else that works there is great. Truly my favorite Casey's i go here everyday. Hopefully you fix this one problem... Your air hose is broken and can't get air as well. That air hose makes you guys money.

I’m a door dash delivery driver and have picked up here a total of 10 times, the last two times there was an employee there who has an attitude problem, one of the rudest I’ve ever met and I’ve done retail for 30 years! Last two times, she was on her phone texting not acknowledging I need help with the orders, not completing an order, which I had to pick the stuff myself to finish it, acts like she doesn’t care about anything… might want to take a better look at this employee general, won’t call her name out but hard not to notice who she is!

Thought I would get a pepperoni pizza....
Very greasy, not much pepperoni and way too expensive.
Also got a chicken sandwich that was dried out, lukewarm and also way too expensive.
I guess none of that would be too bad but the service here is awful.
No hello, how are you doing, anything you need, have a good day, nothing just horrible service.
This is a Casey's everybody should just skip.

I love this Casey’s! Not only is the pizza delicious, but the store is always very clean and well stocked. Rochelle was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming when making my pizza.

Normally wouldn't say anything but this is the second time this week my boys have ordered from here, the pizzas aren't cooked. One the cheese isn't even fully melted. Last time crust underneath was solid white in color. Everyone can have a bad day, be short workers, or a new trainee. But this is typical of Elk River Casey's in our experience. Princeton Casey's is my boys' favorite pizza. Unfortunately having the same recipes does not guarantee same quality.
