I cannot say enough good things about Andre Loneman. He called ahead, showed up on time, asked us where we would like the booster, offered to sync all our devices AND when I told him my car battery needed a jump, he didn’t even flinch. He just hooked us up. I would like to add a tip but haven’t figured out yet.
He was amazing and kind, and I hope he gets the kudos he deserves from his higher ups. Never met a nicer man.

My installer was very courteous, friendly, and efficient. He explained everything to me before he did any work, including the extra charges for the pole and trenching. He was meticulous, and left absolutely no mess when he finished! He is a keeper! He needs a promotion and a raise! He was the most pleasant installer I have met in a number of years!!! I am very hard of hearing so I do not know his name. He is definitely a 5 star installer!!!!!☺️

The installation went smoothly. That is 5 star rating. I realized I had been duped by the sales person when the installer says, you might need to upgrade your plan. I called into customer service today. You get a series of menus. Finally after 2 submenus I hung up. I finally got some one on the phone. I was so frustrated at that point I hung up. 2 hours later the issue isn’t solved.
