I flew in to buy a car for my kid. Dan made it really easy. We handled almost everything online ahead of time. We took a final test drive, signed everything, had them show us all of the features, and drove off. Total time was less than 2 hours. Really nice people, pleasant experience. This is the way car buying should be.

I had concerns that my battery for my EV system was starting to fail. I did get a warning on my dash but it was short lived. After running the vehicle for an extended period waiting to pick up passengers at the airport the warning said, in so many words, EV system failure and to find a safe place to stop. I shut the car off and back on. The warring did not re appear. The battery level was at about 1/4 when it went back on. Elk River Kia was great, they checked the system drove the car etc. They used KiA diagnostics tool and found no problem. They said the battery at 1/2 was normal which is where mine is at, most of the time. Ai recommended I have them check it out when searching the warning that showed up.
The service people and all employees were very polite. Cornerstone waived charges for the work done and said if the warning comes on to bring it back. Thank you

3rd vehicle we’ve bought from a Cornerstone dealership and it’s never a bad/hard time. Staff is always friendly and over the top to make sure you have a great experience. Thank you Jason for an easy transaction and thanks to Dan for getting it all cleaned up for us.

We had our vehicle towed and dropped off here on Wednesday. On Tuesday they said, yes bring it in we will work it in tomorrow. It is now Saturday and we have heard absolutely nothing. We have called everyday and they say someone will call you back and nothing. We have no idea what's wrong or anything. I don't expect it fixed by now, but at least looked at by now would be nice. We've never used this place before and im unsure we will agsin at this rate.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. My husband and I just completed our second purchase with them since 2023 and could not be happier with our experience with them once again. Everyone working there is kind, knowledgeable and makes you feel like the only person in the showroom. The atmosphere is relaxed with soft music playing in the background, and no one makes you feel rushed or pressured. The financing was explained in an easy-to-understand manner and all questions were answered completely, and we felt like we got a great price on our new car. If and when we need another new car, we intend to go back to Cornerstone Kia!

Landon is the BEST! He was not pushy, and worked primarily through text message which was SO helpful as a stay at home mom; it was very flexible. We got everything worked out via text (pricing, interest rates, etc) and then just went into the dealer to finalize the trade, and sign paperwork. Landon even went out of his way to find the exact vehicle we wanted at a dealership in North Dakota and drove it to MN for us. Amazing experience and would definitely recommend him, and Cornerstone Kia!
