Everyone who works at this location is absolutely delightful, except for Courtney. She tries to police medication, feels she supersedes your doctors orders, and will yell at you over the phone while you try to get more details. She has done this 3 times already, for my medication refills and my wife’s. I have a medication change due to an allergy, and she told me “it’s not life or death” if I continued taking my previously prescribed medication I got replaced today by my doctor, because of my adverse reaction. She accused me of abusing refilling controlled substances and needed “a plan from my doctor that I will dispose of it” so I wouldn’t abuse it. This is the first time my medication changed in over a year of this. She also refused to refill my wife’s migraine medication, prescribed by my doctor, because she felt it was harmful to take and that my wife was abusing it.

Great pharmacy! Fantastic service by very friendly helpful staff.They went/go above and beyond re some meds covered by Part B Medicare that no other pharmacy that no other pharmacy would help with. We are so grateful to have them in our community!

Cub Pharmacy far exceeds quality customer service of any Walgreens or CVS. It’s apples to oranges. If you need to call the pharmacy, someone will answer in 30 seconds, not 3 hours. All the Cub Pharmacy staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I spoke with a pharmacist at this location today, and I must say, he was about the rudest person i have ever encountered. There are a gazillion other pharmacies to use nearby. Apparently this guy was having a bad day or hates his job or both.

Transferred here from Walgreens after having numerous bad experiences. It’s been nothing but great! Brittany has been so helpful with the transition and always makes sure I’m all set and all my questions are answered. It’s been a pleasure!!

I just moved here a month ago and Cub pharmacy has made the transition of getting my medications simple and stress free. My medications are always ready when I stop. The staff is so friendly too. Thanks for being awesome pharmacists and staff!

Transferred meds from Coborns to Cub Pharmacy, Elk River. This pharmacy has been nothing but WONDERFUL! The pharmacy staff hold a genuine caring demeanor, a positive vibe, and are always supportive/helpful!

Just started filling my medication here & all the staff are so helpful! I came in today to get a prescription filled & they had it done in a few minutes. They communicate with me well & go above and beyond. Definitely a great pharmacy :)
