Worst rental experience I have ever had, carpet on the car was all tore up when I got it. See pic below! Branch manger Farhan has the worst customer service. Sat there for over 20 mins to update a card and 2 staff could not figure it out and then told me that my bank card was a pre paid card and they could not use it, but I had just used my other bank card from the same bank to get the car. Will never rent from them again.

I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for your next car rental. The people that work here are top-notch and honest! I have rented several vehicles from here to use on trips when I need a larger vehicle. The gentleman (Farhan) provides excellent customer service! When it comes to car rental places, Enterprise in Elk River MN is trustworthy, with a good selection of vehicles.

The staff was very friendly and helpful it was my first time using them and they made it very easy the Gentleman that helped me was amazing and very knowledgeable I would use them again for sure if I ever need another rental.

The person who dropped off the rental was very nice and helpful. She was patient to answer my questions. They were thoughtful in choosing a vehicle that was similar to mine so that it would be easier to operate since it was similar.
Evidently, their power washer was not working so they gave me a dusty car that could have been ran through a car wash for the cheapest wash before bringing it to me. The smell of the interior was not one that I liked. I have a particular sense of smell and whatever freshener they use was not one of my favorites, but that could just be me.
Other than those two things, the car ran great and met my needs for the time I needed it. I would still recommend them.

Tried to make me get a truck when I said I didn't want a truck, then after saying multiple times that I didn't want a truck they brought me to a Ford f150. After saying again that I don't want a truck they said they have a Toyota for cheaper. They were just trying to get me to rent the more expensive vehicle. AND THE EMPLOYEE WROTE A REVIEW FOR ME AND MADE ME DO 5 STARS. SCAMMERS! - Heidi Nelson.

I use a rental car semi-frequently for my job, I usually rent a car about 30 times per year. This Enterprise location is great and they're always my first pick when I'm booking a rental.
