No price match , lady at the check out even said they don't price match their own online .Another bad thing is garden season is long due , other places are marking down their plants 40,50, even 70% off , BUT not Home Depot , here it's still FULL PRICE !

My daughter was so excited to get to mix her own paint (for her bedroom) at the Home Depot! What a fantastic employee they have, to take the time to include her in the process! She was just thrilled & it made her day!

Marv (I believe his name is) was extremely helpful and kind. My kids absolutely loved him, and he also told us about the kid projects they offer. Apart from this, I’ve never had a problem coming here. Always helpful employees and always find what I need here. The plants are all also wonderfully healthy, and my favorite place for hard to find ones.

We researched appliances and did a price comparison between stores on LG appliances- dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas stove. We were surprised Home Depot has a decent showroom, knowledgeable staff and a good Black Friday sales through the month of November. Unfortunately, during this pandemic they didn't have everything in stock but we were not in a hurry. We saved about $400 using Home Depot mostly on their 5-year home warranties. We were happy our sales tax amount went toward our local City of Elk River. The LG dishwasher we purchased has a dBA rating of 42 and highly rated on independent websites.

just went in to buy a small chest freezer, there was one that looked like it got dented by a fork lift, I asked if it would be discounted, lady said no because they are a hot item, they had 6 on the floor, d*** lady could have given me a dollar off and I would have bought their dented freezer, she has no business sense at all, off to Menards I go!

I would give ZERO Stars if I could. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO WITH HOME DEPOT who uses CREW2 for your carpet install. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND. You will end up with carpeting that is shot and matted after a very short period of time (one year for us). Trust me, the "free install" IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!! They basically cut the carpet and throw it in and do not stretch (an inspector from Crew2 also verified this happened with their OWN company and still won't fix) which inevitably will leave you with RUINED carpeting in the end that they will refuse to replace. I have gone rounds with Home depot and Crew2 who play the blame game. They do not call or email back but after spending hours chasing people down to fix the problem they will ultimately admit to their wrong doing by giving you a SMALL refund ($400 refund after spending $5,000 for me) which is a small fraction of the cost you originally spent. I have never been so unhappy and appalled by these two companies and how they do business. They DO NOT care about their customers satisfaction whatsoever, are RUDE and do not listen. You will waste your time and money. PLEASE TAKE THIS ADVICE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCREWED OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. DO NOT GO WITH HOME DEPOT WHO USES CREW2 FOR THE FREE INSTALL. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE ABOUT DOING A GOOD SATISFACTORY JOB.

Pretty disappointed tonight. Normally I have good experiences here but today I ordered two utility shelves for my garage and a screen door. I ordered them for store pick up. An over 300.00 purchase.

I go here about 5 times a year and would go more but some of the floor employees are kind of rude. The checkout employees are always nice though. And the garden area are always nice. The paint department is always very helpful. As soon as I go to the back of the store though like the appliance or kitchen area or flooring, employees duck into isles and avoid eye contact to avoid helping. Lighting department also has odd-duck employees that give strange looks. Very strange and very awkward feeling.

Called a week ago to the Elk River, MN location to schedule an appointment for a review of our furnace and air conditioning. Appointment set for 10 am today, and 10 minutes before the appointment, we get a call saying, “ Hey, our 10:00 appointments are all booked out, we can come sometime later today.†What?! WE were a 10:00 appointment. Such horrible customer service to ignore our appointment time and not let us know they are unaccountable until 10 minutes before. Completely appalling. We won't be going to Home Depot again.

Went to buy a dewalt drill tonight and couldn't find the one I need so asked an employee and he looked it up and said they had 5 in stock there but he couldn't find it so he got another employee to try to help and he looked it up and saw there was 5 in stock and he looked then came back to me and said they were on a pallet somewhere because of an event happening sometime and I would have to come back another time and hope they will be on the floor so I could buy one and he doesn't know when that'll be
