I walked in and immediately was greeted with amazing energy, enthusiasm and smiles! My nail technician (Thi) was amazing! She did the best job I ever had, especially with the foot massage! I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Not great nails at all. I’m only giving it 2 stars because the pedicure was great and the lady that helped me was very kind and listened to what I wanted and helped me get there with her opinions.
As for the nail tech guy…I told him multiple times throughout the session that I didn’t want the white tip of my French tips nails to be so thick. My nails look like teeth. The white is huge. I just wanted to a classy French tip look. ( I even showed him a picture) The white is literally taking up half of my nail. So it’s half white and half pink. Every time I brought it up that I don’t want the color that thick of a length..he would just nod his head, smile at me, tell me to wait and keep going. Like basically dismissing my opinions and not listening to what I wanted. He kept going right till the end and when he was done he took pride in the nails he gave me and told me that they look good. I said fine…he wasn’t hearing me out at the begging or during the process..why would I expect anything to change when he’s all done. And he was trying to explain to me why they couldn’t be thin because of the shape I was getting. It’s not my first time getting French tip. You can control how thick the white tips are. He just dismissed everything I said I wanted. Like I initially wanted gel. And he said no powders better. That should’ve been the first red flag. Not to mention…I called ahead of time and asked for prices for a pedicure and a full set for French tips. Very specific. I was told $60 and $65 with gel. I said okay. I came in and I clarified with the lady that did my toes multiple times that the pedicure and French tips would each be $65..bringing the total to $130…then I got powder (you know why already) and as I was rinsing my hands (we know at this point the process is done) the same lady that I clarified prices with multiple times..said to me..so your French tips are $60 since you didn’t do gel(new total $125). I said okay cool thank you. I get up there to pay and they tell me it’s gonna be $140..I’m like what. Why. They said the pink and white is extra and they charge extra for French tips on top of that. I’m like..no, she just told me $60 as I was asking my hands 2 seconds ago. They dismissed me again and said she was talking about my pedicure..I didn’t get French tips on my feet..I was beginning to get embarrassed at this point because it looks like I’m being cheap and I don’t wanna pay for the work they did but I’m just upset that I’m being forced to pay above what I was asked to pay initially for something that I corrected him on multiple times and he didn’t even execute or even try to. Just smiled at me like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about. I wasn’t rude to them …i was just legitimately confused about the customer service, the prices, and the lack of consideration and communication between nail tech and customer.
Anyways. I paid and got out of there because I really didn’t want any drama..they were starting to get defensive.
The pedicure lady was super nice. So if you’re gonna go here. Get your pedicure. Not your nails. Or at least not a French tip. Will not be going here again. Found a better place closer to my job anyways.

Seriously. How appropriate this name is. The pricing was so reasonable, the service done fast, and Ken is an absolute delight! Owned by him and his wife, cutest couple! Will not be going anywhere else to get my nails done, and neither should you!

The best French gel manicure I have ever got. These are my real nails, these are not tips. Her skills for putting that white tip on with polish are amazing!

Did not provide the service I was asking for. Very rude and rough, I said “ouch” I don’t know how many times. I told him my nails were crooked, he said I was holding my hand wrong. He made sneed comments when I asked him to clean the polish from the back of my hand- both hands-might I add. This salon is not up on the latest artwork for nail design!! Definitely giving early 2000 nail work. He told me the price was $70 and they charged $75 at check out. I asked for medium stiletto, with a French tip. I asked for one of the French tips to be outlined. He said it’s a lot of work. Why would it matter if I’m paying for it? I will NEVER go there again! 0 out of 10!! Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Great Nails. It’s very laid back. The girls take care of you. From my wife’s toe nails to her finger nails to cutting my toe nails. I was using a place in Otsego where it cost over 35$ to just cut my nails where at Great nails it is ten dollars. And the outcome is fantastic! Now I won’t go anywhere else!
