Hans Auto Truck had hard to find parts when other stores could not find a part for old cars. The staff did a search and assured customers they had source cars for the needed part. Communication was fast and helpful and the price was fair and great. Customers bought parts for a 92 Saab, a 91 civic wagon 4wd transmission, a 1998 Volvo and other old cars and the part came quickly and worked great. Hans packaged the parts well and quickly shipped them. The yard was one of the only yards with a 91 civic wagon 4wd transmission and other rare items. Service had professionalism, quick response, excellent customer service and 5 star parts. Customers highly recommend Hans for hard to find parts.
Could not find a part for 1998 Volvo through parts stores. Went to Hans Forien Auto & Truck. They had the part I needed. Called 1st and they did a search to assure me they had 3 old cars that were potentially a source for my part.

Bought two hard to find Parts for my 92' Saab. Both times I got expert help and both times the part came quickly and worked great. Great price too. Excellent customer service and great communication. If and when, I need another part for my car I'm calling Hans first!

I accidently ordered the wrong fender and scooter was more than willing to work with me to find the right one. He was so helpful and got me the right one in just two days after I brought the other one in. Thanks so much scooter!
