My wife sent me with a Pintress idea for flower boxes. I'm not that handy, so with great trepidation, I walked in to buy the lumber and supplies I needed. I showed my plans from Pintress to a few employees, and they suggested that I see Josh Herrick. Josh was fantastic! He cut the wood to the correct sizes and made suggestions to improve the design. He also found some clearance wood that was cheaper and treated! I was able to make two boxes for 1/4 less than one! Wonderful experience! I got his card!

worst place to buy a sliding glass patio door took an xtsra month to get it ,chris the gm was amazing and got it delived .now one of the wheels broke on it and i went to to the store to try and order one guess what no one there to help.finally after mulipall calls they told me a have to call anderson windows.took 10 min to get the number

Steve helped me pick out some decking Saturday morning. I needed a very specific kind and this store didn’t have it. He looked around for a store that did, then he called that store to verify they actually had it before sending me over there. I am very grateful to Steve and his thoroughness, it saved my decking project.

Ordering online is ridiculous from HOME DEPOT. Customer service is nonexistent excitant. Its the biggest waste of time and doesnt actually sace you time. I gave up my home depot credit card almost 10 years ago and will never spend another $1 in a home depot store!

Ordered a dishwasher, delivery would be in 8 days. Saturday comes for delivery. Est 12-4 . Get a email at 1:30 that says new delivery in 7 days. Said they had a truck break down. Asked to get on a Monday truck since I already have my dishwasher uninstalled. Nope . Need to go back of line for delivery’s again. Just go somewhere else for appliances.
