Nowthen Storage LLC provides self storage for small and large needs, including outside storage for boats and campers. The facility is family-owned, in a good location, and offers 24/7 tenant access with a state-of-the-art electronic gate. Security is good and the site is clean. Customer service is exceptional, outstanding, and prompt. The management is pleasant, kind, and professional. While there have been occasional billing issues, they are resolved. Prices are average. Overall, experiences with the storage facility are great.
The customer service is exceptional and always keeps me updated. I had a question about a specific unit sizes and promotions, their property manager responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Nowthen Storage has been outstanding.

I had a great experience with the manager. I won a unit in auction and he was very pleasant to deal with and anytime I had a question he was available and the site was clean and I had a great experience he’s very kind. If it wasn’t so far for me, I’d Definitely rent a storage from there.

They did have a few issues with billing but got it all square away family ownedgood location and have been adding some construction and security is good .prices average
